Charming 4-bedroom house with AC and WiFi in lovely Corpus Christi

Escape to this perfect house in picturesque Corpus Christi. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and essential amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, this tranquil retreat offers a soothing atmosphere for guests. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

The space
The house has keyless entry w/ keypad around deadbolt. We send the code w/ instructions the day before your arrival. The comes fully furnished and includes central air with a Nest thermostat and free wi-fi.

The house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms each with one queen bed, and 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds. 3 of the 5 queen size beds are firm 10 inch Memory foam mattresses. The 4th is a hybrid foam/spring queen mattress. The 5th queen size mattress is regular spring and is medium-firm for people that like something a little softer. (Note: We removed carpet in 2 remaining bedrooms in July 2024 & replaced with wood flooring to complete entire home with wood and tile).

Each bedroom currently has a 32-40 inch smart tv and at least a dresser w/drawers or dresser AND nightstand. Each has a ceiling fan and light, along with a bedside lamp that has USB ports and a multi-device cable for all phones. Each bedroom also has 1-2 closets.

Living room has 2 couches, one which is a pull out sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests in addition to 4 bedrooms available, one bedroom which has two queen beds. (Please let us know if you plan to use pull out sofa for sleeping so we can prepare extra sheets, blankets, and pillows, but I do encourage that you bring extra if you have a big party so that everyone is comfortable).

The house includes 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers. We will include some towels and toiletries, but if you have a large party you may want to bring extra if every guest needs own towel or multiple towels for a longer visit. You may also wash them as needed. There is also a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms for your use. Each bathroom is located between 2 bedrooms.

(Note: Bathrooms have been renovated as of March 2024, besides mirrors/lights that will be updated in summer 2024).

The house has a full kitchen and pantry. The kitchen includes a large brand new french door fridge with a split front compartment on right front side, and ice maker on bottom. We also have an upgraded gas stove and oven, as well as other appliances and various items you need for a kitchen such as pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. A Keurig, is also available.

There is a dining room with a 92 inch dining table that includes 10 chairs. There are several stools in dining room that may be used as well.

We have a washer and dryer in our laundry room available as well.

Our living room is the largest of the rooms, with 2 couches, an oversized chair and various other chairs to sit in. There is a 65 inch smart TV in the living room (logged into amazon prime video, hulu, and various other apps), as well as HDMI hookup with cord to plug in your own device(s). There is also an Amazon Alexa device available to stream music.

The house has 2 driveway spots next to each other that fit 3-4 cars (street parking in front of the house is for casita guest only). The fully fenced in backyard is spacious and also includes a separately fenced back house and garage (garage not available to guests).

The back house is a separate casita/suite that can be also rented for additional cost - message to inquire. It is separated for privacy with separate entrance on left side of property by adjacent street. There may be guest renting it during your visit, but they do not have access to the main house or main backyard and have their owned fenced in yard.

We are super close to a grocery store as well many local restaurants.

Guest access
You are able to access the entire front/main house, as well as the front yard and backyard outside of house. The backyard is spacious and also includes a back house with separate fenced entrance and garage (garage not available to guests). The back house is a separate casita/suite that can be also rented for additional cost - message to inquire. Pets may use the fully fenced in backyard. There is also a park within walking distance from the house.

Other things to note
We use a cleaning company which includes a cleaning of the house, sanitization of surfaces, as well as washing and changing all towels and sheets/blankets out for each new guest.

All communication with hosts can be done by VRBO email/messaging system or by text/ cell phone that we provide you so that we may offer a contactless (as in non face-to-face) stay. We rarely see guests since we do not live in Corpus.

Feel free to ask for any recommendations. We enjoy live music and the bar and food scene in Corpus Christi, as well as outdoor activities. We also have a guidebook link of some recommendations under the 'Where you’ll be' area of the listing.

We allow up to 2 pets or 3 small pets, with a pet cleaning fee that you can select when you book. Please let us know at time of your booking what type of fur baby you will be bringing and their name(s).
