Recently remodeled interior. Condo is on the water with two sliding glass doors in the living room flanking a wood-burning fireplace that overlook the canal of lake Corpus Christi. A new curved Samsung smart TV hangs above the fireplace. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
Front of condo overlooks the swimming pool. Rear of condo overlooks the channel.
The galley kitchen is open to the living room, providing a very spacious feeling. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals on site. Condo has granite countertops, and new dishwasher, oven and microwave.
The condo is a One bedroom with king size bed and smart TV.
There is one bathroom with walk-in glass shower, toilet and vanity.
The Parking lot is small and parking spaces are not assigned, but there are plenty of parking spaces for the complex.
Bring your boat and tie up to one of the 10 public boat slips just a three minute boat ride from the closest boat launch at the Packery Channel park.
Access is no touch keyless. Host is not on site and prefers to be contacted through the app or by phone or text.
Key box available if there are issues with keyless entry. Contact host.
PET POLICY:
We know how you love to travel with your pet. Our standard pet allowance is ONE pet under 25 pounds. Please do not allow pet on furniture, including beds and couches. Pet MUST Be crated at all times while left Unattended in the property. All pet waste must be picked immediately and disposed of properly. Contact host prior to booking if you have oversized or multiple pets.
‼️🚨 ABUSE OF THE PER POLICY WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $38 PER ADDITIONAL PET. FAILURE TO REMOVE PET WASTE WILL RESULT IN A $150 TRIP CHARGE FOR WASTE CLEANUP. ABUSE OF THE SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY ENACTED BY THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) WILL BE REPORTED TO THE ADA WHO COULD IMPOSE PENALTY OR FINES. THE PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY HOWEVER THE HOA MGMT IS ONSITE AND ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE POLICY WILL BE REPORTED. ‼️🚨
