This newly remodeled, quaint cottage is in town, within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, and a very short golf cart ride to the beach. The inviting front porch has outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the palm trees and ocean breeze. Upon walking in the front door from the porch you will find the living room with a couch, 2 accent chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, cable, and beautiful wood flooring. The dining table has seating for 4 and there are also 3 stools for seating at the bar. The full kitchen is equipped with appliances (No dishwasher), cookware, and granite countertops to meet your cooking needs. There is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away off of the dining area. Bedroom 1 (BR1) has a King-size bed, wall-mounted TV, dresser, and closet space for your beach attire. Bedroom 2 (BR2) has a king-size bed, corner wall mount TV, and closet space for your clothing. Bedroom 3 (BR3) has a Full-size bed and closet for your attire. The shared, hall bathroom has a large, tile stand-alone shower with a glass door which is conveniently located between the bedrooms. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the house and a charcoal grill in the back. Take advantage of the location of this property and be able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants or rent a golf cart from us to ride around town or to the beach like a local with Port A flare.

Cottage review

Property was nice in a great location but we did find quite a bit of big roaches inside the house. Alive and dead. Sorry, but as convenient as it was to the beach, we will not be back. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable

Well cared for older home in Old Town. Very convenient to the beach and shops. However not scenic because it is directly next door and across the street from an RV park. However, this made no difference for us enjoying our stay.

Great location

The house was in a great location. The details are very accurate. Parking was a bit difficult. We took two vehicles since we were aware there were only two parking spots however we rented a golf cart and didn't have much space to park it. I have one small suggestion. Since there is only one bathroom it would be nice it there were some other mirrors in the bedrooms. That didn't effect my rating at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

Three bedroom house in Port Aransas

Nice quite area. Clean bedding and linens. Good supply of kitchen items. Bathroom well supplied. Carpet did have stains in the bedrooms. Looked like the house had been sprayed and dead bugs were in the bedrooms and laundry room. I really hated the locking system of the front door.

Misleading house pictures

The house smelled horrible when we first got there. It smelled like old cigarettes or mold. There were stains on the carpet in the bedrooms. There were 3 live cockroaches that we could see. One crawled over the food we had on the counter. The sheets were rough as sand paper.

The little cottage was a very well kept place to stay. Waking distance to bars and restaurants and tucked back from mainstream everything so it was quiet in the evenings.

Great stay with all the amenities

This house was perfectly located to where it was a quick drive to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped so you had all the tools to cook. There were plenty towels and the house is well taken care of.

Great little house

Our family enjoyed our time in this great little house. It's just down the road from the beach, so you can walk or ride your bike or golf cart over easily. It's also a short walk to restaurants (and donut shop!). Everything was clean and everyone was comfortable. The large shower was very nice. We'd love to stay here again next time.

Great Location

The house was super clean and very good location. The neighbors were nice and friendly except for one really rude man. We had stopped by the front to unload and he came really fast through the drive and honking like crazy. We quickly said sorry and he kept honking and staring at us. Anytime we left and he was outside his trailer he would stare which made myself and kids very uncomfortable. Other than the grumpy rude neighbor it was a wonderful stay.

This is such a beautiful home and environment. The only problem that we had were mosquitos because the front screen door had cracks which they were able to enter. Other than that this is an awesome property.

House is clean and cute. Appliances worked including the bedroom TV's! Nice place but the location is not ideal. Next to a trailer park and building a business building on the other side. Was nice to stay in tho.

Clean and quiet

The house is very clean. It is next to an RV park which is very quiet. It is close to many restaurants yet not on a main road so it was overall peaceful. I would caution someone with a long vehicle - parking can be a little tight. It was not issue for us but was thinking if someone had a really long truck it could be interesting. I'd definitely stay at this place again.
