Bring your family for a day out on the sandy shores of the coast and splash around in the shimmering waters for a while. Afterward, take a trip to Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and snap some photos of the wildlife and a series of incredible views while strolling alongside a gorgeous boardwalk. Sail the seas with Red Dragon Pirate Cruises and ride a massive boat with a hearty crew as you turn starboard toward adventure - perfect for the whole family!

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

After you've had a fun-filled day out, head back to your sweet getaway and walk through the front door into your sanctuary of rest. Plop yourself onto the couch and kick up your feet up as you slowly doze off into a much-needed nap. Then, whip up a delicious meal for you and your family using the home's stainless steel appliances in the full island kitchen. Jump into your favorite bathing suit and the on-site pool for an invigorating swim. Challenge your friends to golf on the 12-hole links-style course on-site. Walk along the on-site boardwalk with loved ones, then around the evening, head back to your townhome, and settle in on the patio as you take a deep and refreshing breath of air. Retire to your room and slip under the covers as you slowly drift into a good night's sleep.

THINGS TO KNOW
Majorr construction is occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible, and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
