    AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

    This two bedroom cottage has 2 king bedrooms with built in bunks. The first floor has a primary king with a walk in shower and just outside of the room is one set of twin over twin bunk beds. The second floor houses the kitchen and living area with an open floor plan and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second floor king bedroom has a comfortable, king bed and a detached bathroom for the parents. Sea Salt has covered parking for your convenience as well as in house laundry. Be one of the first to to stay in this beautiful cottage!

Perfect sized family beach cottage in great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sea Salt for our family vacation and we loved every minute. Close access to Town Center, Coffee Waves, Dylans, Dune Pool. Great back lawn where kids can play. Perfect layout for family of 5. Well-stocked kitchen, family room, bathrooms, and laundry room. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends.

Reviewer Comments: nice house as it had 2 K beds which made it nice for 2 couples. i'd recommend they turn their mattresses more often... as they had " body gullies". the house was full of great kitchen ware - games - glasses etc well stocked. managing the AC to both bedrooms was an issue: upstairs stays warmer than the downstairs. hard to both be comfortable while sleeping. extra blankets are necessary regardless to the time of year.... I needed an extra blanket for downstairs bedroom as it was so cold

Small family Beach Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was in clean condition and nicely decorated. The kitchen was less stocked with kitchen gadgets than others and utensils etc but we made do. We appreciated the laundry and vacuum available. The layout of the cottage was a surprise for us. We did not know that we walk into the kids bunk room from the garage right away and the "front door" is actually the double bed room on first floor. We felt a bit guilty putting the kids there but there isnt enough bed spaces upstairs.

Superb Stay for Family of 11!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had two condos, one sleeping 8 and one sleeping 6( 5 kids 5-12 yrs,3 couples) For 4 nights, 5 days. Both were beautifully maintained and fully calls to maintenance. Golf cart rental is essential for transporting gear to and from condos...don’t skimp in that area. Everything was so convenient from the pool, to coffee shop, common areas for afternoon and evening events, pools (one heated) and the beach was a comfortable 10-15 min walk to and from. The restaurant was very nice and while pricey, the dinner was deliciousWe had rain for the first day but that didn’t stop us from having a great never lasts long. We rented 4 chairs and 2 canopies which were set up for us each day..wonderful arrangementI plan on bringing my entire family back next year for a week. Very satisfied.

Sea Salt was the perfect place for our family to stay with beautiful accommodations and everything we needed! Beds were super soft, bathrooms were roomy, and the space was perfect for 6 of us! We already keep coming back to Cinnamon Shores, but now we will try to book Sea Salt again as well!

Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we were going to try Cinnamon shore-it's such a beautiful getaway w/the Family & grandkids. First of all, everything was pretty much clean except our balcony & the outside garage. Then on the first night-the air conditioning was not working & w/to small children that was not good. Once we reported the problem they did sent someone very quickly but could not fix it since it needed a whole new system :(. They did offer us another room but only for one nite & we were going to stay 3 nights but with so much stuff to move back 7 forth we decided to stay. They provided us w/box fans & we had no privacy what so ever since they were coming back & forth to check out the air condition. We also ordered a six seater Golfcart & it was never delivered & when they finally did it was only a four seater which it was no use for us. At the end of the day, we still enjoyed the amenities & my grandboys did have a great time. The manager did try & make it good for us & she offered a free BonFire which we loved. We never were able to eat at the Pizza place either until the last day since it wasn't so crowded anymore. We still had a great time in the Pool & beach w/our grandboys & Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Sea Salt. We celebrated his 40th birthday all by ourselves (no kids!) This house would have been perfect for our whole family, though, since there's a king bed downstairs and a bunk alcove (1 bunk = 2 twin beds) and a king bedroom upstairs. It was very clean and we loved how open and airy everything was. The king bed upstairs was very squeaky (when tossing/turning at night), which we discovered the first night. So since we had our choice of beds we ended up sleeping downstairs for the rest of our stay. HOWEVER, we have already booked our next 2 trips!

Reviewer Comments: We love Cinnamon Shore and have always enjoyed our stays here. This was the first time we had a less-than-ideal experience. The house we stayed at had a strange smell that was very strong, it kept us up at night. When we spoke to the office they said they would have someone take a look and would call us before coming(it was nap time for a little one). We never got a call so they came without notice and we had to follow up. They said they didn't smell anything but put scent diffusers in inconspicuous places just adding to the smell. One of the beds was missing a foot so it was leaning on one side, maintenance just took all the feet off but it was attached to the wall so it wasn't level and sunk in the middle. The house itself needed some maintenance. There was water damage at a window, missing baseboard trim, the kitchen counter was leaning, dishwasher issues, etc. The front desk doesn't often answer the phone so we kept having to leave the house and go to the office which is frustrating when so many issues came up. This house also wasn't very well stocked, no salt and pepper, not enough pillows on the beds, kitchen was sparce. We'll be back to CS but won't rent this house again.

Amazing Stay at Sea Salt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time staying at Sea Salt and will be booking this rental property again. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the furnishings were high-end and stylish. The property is a little further from the beach and pool access so we rented a golf cart and it was the best decision. Compared to other units we’ve stayed at, this was by far our favorite. The construction next door did not bother us. In fact, our toddler loved the big trucks. The only downside was that they put out fresh mulch our last day and it smelled so bad we couldn’t sit out on the porch and enjoy the evening. Overall would highly recommend this rental for your next stay.

Reviewer Comments: We spent Sunday through Saturday recently at Sea Salt cottage. The home was clean and well appointed. Cinnamon Shores staff and general grounds were top notch and we settled in comfortably. Having visited Cinnamon Shores before we were looking forward to the peace quiet of a fall/November visit. The beach was wonderful. Future renters, I recommend that before booking a particular place at Cinnamon Shores, try to understand its location to the constant construction going on throughout the development. There is constant construction noise. Our first three mornings were greeted to two 7:00am construction starts and one pre 7:00am start with beeping trucks, concrete hammering, wood dropping, concrete work etc. It’s not the workers fault but for renters of a premium priced product there should be some provision. When I inquired as to whether something could be done since the place was nearly empty, I was informed that the contract stated that construction could be happening and they apologized. They offered a golf cart but that was all. So after over 2k spent and noise all day that was what we were left with. Needless to say, we will not be returning any time soon at least without confirmation that our location is away from the noise. I was informed that they would talk to management but nothing else transpired. Lovely house, but if I wanted to hear construction we would have stayed in Austin. Buyer beware.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at 3:15 pm our unit was not ready. Maintenance was still cleaning it. The office asked us to come back at 4pm. Once we entered it it smelled horrible!!! Someone had just SMOKED in this unit! There were still cigarette buds outside in the garage area. There were also ants everywhere and old dead critters that had never been removed and cleaned out. When speaking to the front office the team lead said they could spray fabrese but that was it. I wanted to speak to a manager but the manager was on a conference call and refused to speak with me. Spent 2 hours trying to find a solution they said too bad. Fabrese and cleaning the unit was all they offered. I wanted to speak to the manager the next day I asked that they have her reach out. I never got a call. Terrible way to start a vacation. I was so embarrassed to take my family there with it stinking like an ash tray.

Good vacay with room for improvement

Reviewer Comments: Our only complaints are related to the management company - We called before getting on the ferry to see if we could check in early so we could time our grocery run. We were told we could run into our unit to drop our groceries in the fridge then leave until actual check in. When we arrived at the office, the ladies made faces that indicated they had no clue what I was talking about. Our groceries sat in our car for about 2 hours because the house was not ready even by 4pm for check in. When we arrived in the house, it smelled so strongly of cleaner that we were all disgusted. Multiple area rugs had large stains. The top blanket covering the beds were stained. The blinds in the shower had mildew on them. The upstairs shower head was less than impressive with the small trickles of water. Other than these things, the house was great with wonderful amenities, comfortable beds and other furniture. The location was great. We could watch the sunset from multiple patios. This is a great house but the management company could do much better.

Columbus Day weekend at Sea Salt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property we chose was very nice...beautifully decorated, great kitchen with all the equipment anyone would need. This was the first time we had ever been in Port Aransas and we hope to return in the future. The only suggestion I would possibly make is to consider a code entry system on the door. The home we rent in Seaside, Florida has one, and it certainly helps when you have 7 or 8 people in your group coming and going and not having to keep up with keys. I also would have liked to know about the wait at the ferry.

The amenities were great and we had everything we needed while there. Our only complaints were that the flooring seemed unclean upon arrival (our feet were black from the floors!) and I had to clean it myself (!) and the construction noise often started around 6:45, which made it impossible to sleep in on our vacation. Other than that, the staff were fabulous and we had a blast while there! Thank you!

All over the bathroom on the top floor particularly. Also, the house really smelled like stale smoke which was very upsetting. It actually smelled like overpowering air freshener trying to cover up the smell of smoke. There were a bunch Of cigarette butts on the lawn outside of the first floor. Likely A previous gas to should not have been smoking there but it was frustrating nonetheless. I had to wash all of my clothes that had been in my suitcase upon our return. For the price of the property, that was pretty disappointing. All that said, the unit was well appointed, comfortable beds, smart TVs and we loved staying on the cinnamon shores property.

Our Annual Summer Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 1st week in August we always book a week or more at CS in a differential rental. This August we booked Sea Salt 235 HL and it was PERFECT for our family of 5. The floor plan could easily house additional people. All the balconies were amazing and there was more parking than we could ever need. We loved the car port for unpacking after the beach too. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and the living room was stalked with plenty of movies and games. There was plenty of cleaning supplies and tools as well if you need to clean mid stay. The upstairs bedroom had the option to close off at the hall and make it a second master bedroom. The bunkroom downstairs is perfect for kids with plenty of storage space. The downstairs master is nice with a huge bathroom, private balcony and plenty of storage. I loved the layout of this house and would highly recommend staying here. As always the the CS staff was super helpful with our check-in process. Brittany answered my many emails leading up to the trip which made for another smooth trip. The staff at Kiera's pool was top notch and fast with each order. We also ate at Dylan's pizza (our favorite pizza place), it did not disappoint! As far as activities we did a bonfire (1st time doing it) and it was nice and easy, at 8pm we showed up to the fire and chairs where there. we relaxed for a few hours and then they did all the clean up. We also did the surf lessons (my kids favorite) this activity does fill up so you want to register asap. The final thing we did was sandcastle lessons which is my 4 year old's favorite. The lesson teaches him how to build a "real" sand castle and he does it day after day on the beach. If you are new to CS I would recommend staying on or close to the circle, that is where are the fun stuff happens! 10/10 I would recommend Sea Salt and Cinnamon Shore all together! We love this place!

Beautiful Home

We had an excellent stay in Cinnamon Shores. Beautiful home. Perfect location. Great resort community and access to pools and beach. We'd definitely stay here again.
