  • Este lugar es diferente a cualquier otro en todo el Puerto A. Ubicado justo en el medio de los Flats ya solo 2 minutos a pie de Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf y Giggities. Acércate y disfruta de un cóctel en Woody's, observa cómo entran los peces, pesca desde el muelle tú mismo o disfruta de la música y el atardecer en The Back Porch. ¡Qué lugar tan increíble! Esta cabaña de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos es espaciosa y está decorada increíblemente. El área abierta de sala de estar / cocina tiene una pequeña cocina y un sofá cama. Ubicado fuera de la sala de estar hay un porche que se extiende a lo largo de la cabaña. Este es el lugar perfecto para sentarse y ver toda la acción en los pisos. Hay dos camas queen en cada habitación y un sofá cama queen. Esta cabaña dormirá un total de 8 personas cómodamente. Loved this little cottage!! The location was wonderful. The front porch and the music from the Sip Yard was so nice at night. Love love loved it!! Would definitely stay again.

Overall was good. Right in the heart of the night life. Unfortunately, there was a bad odor (inside) every time we opened the door. (Corporate tried to say it was the outside air )Not sure what it ever was. Housekeeping said they would spray. If they did it didn’t help. Other than that a nice place to stay for a group.

Every thing was great. I would have liked to had a refrigerator with an ice box. Also a can opener would have been a help. Over all it was a great location for a summer party vibe. The Sip Yard is right across the street. Which is good if you like music! It’s like being at a concert you didn’t have to pay come for.

Location Location Location

It was perfect for two adult couples….each with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s just a small kitchenette, but with all The wonderful Restaurants right outside, there’s no need to cook anyway.

I loved this cozy place. Really spacious. The only down fall is the fridge was not working really well, so we had to get ice bags lots of times and guest toilet kept on getting clogged. Other than that my family liked the place.

Road trip

We had a spur of the moment road trip with friends to the coast to go fishing! Everything from booking to checking out was a breeze! The place was clean and everything worked perfectly! Great location to walk to restaurants!

The location perfect on the Bay Area and right by all the fun places! Walking distance to lots of restaurants! Perfect for a girls trip!! My only request would be an apt size refrigerator! Otherwise was setup perfect!!

For the price I was very disappointed. *Refrigerator-too small and did not wk* No oven- don’t plan meals, no way to cook them* Stove top- induction- instructions would be nice- too small for two pots. Threw 1/2 my food away because there was no way to cook it. * Location- good- but don’t plan on sleeping. Music from the Sip Yard, extremely loud. * Some kind of critter in the attic! Heard movement in the night. * Furniture needs updating- one chair in the LR has a bent piece of metal and scratched multiple of us drawing blood. If your a guy and young, probably and ok place to stay. But for a family of 6, not so much.

Perfect location, ample parking for our small family getaway and the building blocked most of the noise from the nearby venues and traffic. Unfortunately we did have to deal with random people deciding to park there to walk over to other venues.

Port A Fishing Trip

Went to Port A for a family fishing trip and booked this the week of. Not sure if I would stay here again, better for a late night group. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants. But you are right by a major intersection and hear the cars, gold carts and their music until late at night. Also the house smells like mildew. The property manager sent someone over right away but they just sprayed something that covered up the smell for about 30 minutes. If you have severe allergies or are going to be spending a lot of time in the house this is not the place for you. The house was very clean.

Great location. Parking was great for our sSUV and a rented golf cart. Only complaints were the induction stove and the mini fridge. Stove didn’t work and were told by maintenance man if needed to be used we had to shut off and turn on the beaker. When it did work only one setting was available (high) which burned some of our foods. Mini fridge had a leaked inside and wasn’t keeping food cold. No freezer. Also the toaster was broken on one side. If we didn’t have to cook it would have been good.

Once again this property did not disappoint!! We are always so happy staying at this property. Perfect location right in the middle of town! Great parking and you can walk anywhere! Restaurants all nearby! Very clean!

Fun Place for all!

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I enjoyed this rental so much, it was very clean and decorated to suit the area. We had the entire bunch of kids and grandkids so we had both A and B, it was perfect. We were a few minutes to the beach, seconds from Virginias, all the nightlife, fishing guides but the bonus was the people watching from the front porch of Cottage A was a blast. Cottage A had the beat views but not really a kitchen to cook for a family, hotel style fridge, microwave, electric burner (small) and coffee bar, Cottage B had the full size Kitchen and dining room with a small back deck but not much of a view. The A is perfect for a small family or couple get away, Cottage B would be better for a family who plans to cook each meal. Great place for a vacay.

Reason for 2 star location

The property is on a very busy four way stop, when there is an event going on at the wharf like there was when we were there, they park everywhere. The property parking is not marked private parking no public parking allowed, I had to park blocks away from the rental property.

Great place!!!

Such a great location centrally located and walking distance to so many places and restaurants. The cabin was large and spacious and had more than everything we needed, extra towels, blankets. Didn’t have any musty smells, or anything like that. Only thing I wish they had a manual for the stove top. Because we had to Google for awhile to figure out how to work it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice enough, but be ready for the traffic, noise from the bars and restaurants that share the area, and four way stop sign on travelers going to the beach. Beer bottles were thrown in the grass area surrounding the house. OK if you are looking for a house central to the dock and fisherman warf area.
