The beds creaked very loud with every move. Also the mattress was sunk in no matter what side I tried to sleep on. Did not sleep well at all!! Which leads me to believe the owner has not been on site for sometime.The coffee pot heating element was rusted. Kitchen was stocked reasonably well. To the eye upon arrival the unit looked clean, however the floor were still very sandy.Very easy check out procedures. Be sure to bring your beach chairsUnit is off the beach with a nice path to walk however it is very steep so be careful, there are no handrails and could be difficult for those that are elderly or have knee or foot issues.

Great little condo!

This condo was a great place for us to spend our little beach trip. It was pretty clean, had everything we needed, was a great location, and we had no issues with communication. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the showerhead and coffee pot both had a lot of buildup on them, and the beds could be more comfortable.

Throw your money away!!

I would not advise staying here. They only look out for their own interest. We were literally left in the dark last night due to a unknown power outage and had to leave in the middle of the night because there was no air conditioning and the security alarm was constantly beeping. They offered no assistance or compensation for the circumstances. They have no empathy for their guests.

Old but Good!

This property is old (think 1980s) but clean and well-maintained. A/C worked well (very important!) and there were no problems, other than a too-soft mattress. Good communication with the property management and they were helpful when I couldn’t find a blow dryer.

Great location!

Great Stay!

This property was exactly what we were looking for when finding a place last minute. The property was located close to downtown Port A, direct access to the beach and had a perfect deck to relax on each morning and evening. The check in/check out process was seamless. I was impressed!

Quiet; great location

Location was perfect for our needs; no street noise at all. Loved the large deck and the ocean views. Property management was very friendly and responsive. Nice big sunny window in the bedroom. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location, Quaint Apartment

We picked this rental because of its central location to town and also that it was dog-friendly. Everything was as described, and the check in process was very easy (stopped by a property office down the road for key code). Our only comment is that the bed is very squeaky- it would be great if this could be replaced, and we had seen this in prior reviews. Overall, a simple and easy place for a beach weekend.

Place was nice and clean but small issue with Tv and ants in kitchen.

The place was clean but there was an ant problem in the kitchen . If you left anything out with the hour there were ants all over. The Tv in the bedroom had no wires so we only had one channel on that tv.

Tap water smells like sulphur

Showering was an unpleasant experience and we used bottled water for bird baths. Colder outside temps seemed to help, however property really needs a water filtering system to remove harsh smell. Likely perfectly safe to use “if” you can get past the smell. Otherwise - we would recommend this location.

Roaches day 1 !!!!

Check in was easy, coded door lock was easy. Then we walked into the condo and were overwhelmed with the smell of mold coming from the A/C. The smell was so strong that I had a headache for the entirety of our stay. Opened the closet and found a giant water roach(would not have been that big of a deal if I didnt find baby roaches in the kitchen 2 days later. The beds were awful and creaked all night with a pit in the middle of the mattress. Location was amazing, pool was amazing but very disappointed in the substandard accomodations

Absolutely no frills condo

This is the type of condo for you if you don’t plan to spend any time there. It’s not a place to relax but more of a place to try to sleep. The porch beach view is pretty and the grounds/ pool are nice but the furniture inside is basically patio furniture. It’s nice patio furniture but designed for outdoor seating and very scratchy. Not a place to relax. The beds are not that comfortable and make very loud noises any time there is the smallest movement. The beds would have been somewhat tolerable if they were not topped with the absolute worst sheets that money can buy, they felt like actual sandpaper. They were so thin that you could literally see the blood stains on the bed topper cover through the sheets on one of the beds. If you are not going to invest in mattresses or furniture at least buy some decent sheets because it’s like adding insult to injury.
