  • Ocean Getaway SIV22 is a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, located in the heart of Port Aransas! This pet friendly condo offers fabulous views and sea breezes from the balcony! Sorry, no elevator access. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located, direct beach access. There is parking allowed for only ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.

    - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.

    - Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

The back balcony was the best part of the whole place. There is a house there in the view that wasn’t there when the picture was taken, but you could still watch ships go by, which was fascinating huge oil tankers. There was a path to walk down to the beach, which was really nice beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Parking was close to your door. All the people there were friendly. Port A Escape was the host and they were awesome.

Great little condo!

This condo was a great place for us to spend our little beach trip. It was pretty clean, had everything we needed, was a great location, and we had no issues with communication. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the showerhead and coffee pot both had a lot of buildup on them, and the beds could be more comfortable.

There were a few issues with noise within the condo. All doors squeaked loudly. The furance/AC is in bedroom closet and very loud. Had to turn off at bedtime to sleep. The refrigerator sounded liked ducks quaking when it turned on frequently. Beds even were like sitting on pallets breaking. Other than this it was great.

Great Stay!

This property was exactly what we were looking for when finding a place last minute. The property was located close to downtown Port A, direct access to the beach and had a perfect deck to relax on each morning and evening. The check in/check out process was seamless. I was impressed!

Quiet; great location

Location was perfect for our needs; no street noise at all. Loved the large deck and the ocean views. Property management was very friendly and responsive. Nice big sunny window in the bedroom. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but other than that we enjoyed our stay here.
