Stay at this spacious vacation masterpiece where no detail has been spared. A Cinnamon Shore classic with recent updates that include more than just a new name! The design group of Susan Castor Collection furnished much of the home for a spectacular appeal and comfort.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enter an airy foyer with nautical accents to set the scene. The first floor provides a delightful living area for adults and children and it is stocked with games for all ages. Curl up to read a book, enjoy a puzzle, or play cards at the game table. A wet bar, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge offer convenience for all of your beverage needs.

The second floor hosts the primary living area, which is the hub of this home. The open floor plan allows for family and friends to congregate in the luxurious living, dining, and kitchen area. Custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a double oven make this well-equipped kitchen any chef's dream! The second floor opens to the largest of the five decks and porches offered at the house. SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor offers two bedrooms. Close to the entry is a serene bedroom with a spacious king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Just down the hall is the "ship-shape” bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with its adjoining bathroom. On the second floor, adjacent to the front facing balcony, is a beautifully appointed bedroom with a king size bed and its en suite bathroom. The third floor primary suite is a splendid retreat featuring an adjustable king bed and an en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub. Comfortable bedding and tranquil ocean hues of this third floor suite will make you never want to leave! The third floor private deck with its high top chairs looks across coastal grasses and sand dunes out to the gulf and Corpus Christi Bay so you can enjoy your morning coffee to watch the sunrise or an evening drink with stunning sunsets!

GREAT FEATURES:
An elevator accesses the second and third floors to help you get settled and to assist guests with mobility issues.
In addition to bathrooms attached to all of the bedrooms, the 1st and 2nd floors have their own half baths for guests and convenience.
Families with young children will appreciate the two Pack 'n Play cribs, City Mini Baby Jogger, Chicco Lite Way Plus stroller, and a high chair all stored near the stairwell on the ground floor.
