Great Place for a Couple

It’s not real big but great location . Had internet issues but no fault of property Spectrum just stinks. Would have given 5 stars except going almost 24 hours without internet and both TV’s had to have it to work. However property management was quick to notify us about outage.

Four day stay

The facility was really nice. We had everything we needed. The only concern we had were the burners on the stove needed to be replaced. They are rusted out and we had a hard time controlling the temperature due to two of the burners. The refrigerator door had no handle but still usable.

Beach getaway

Bad timing with an impending tropical storm. It only really affected the beach conditions and we still got to enjoy it a decent amount 😃. We enjoyed our time here. Location was great. Comfy little place. Couple little knick knack things that would irritate others didn't really bother us such as...no fridge handle, stained sheets (burn marks maybe?), wifi outages (pre incoming weather). One of the stove burners didn't work well. Nothing worthy of bothering the rental company. Overall a great getaway at a excellent location.

Beachside get away!

We enjoyed our stay very much! I wish the beach had a private area for renters but we still had so much fun. The location is great and it was easy to navigate the island. We will be back for another stay!

Mixed Bag

We chose this unit because it was updated, close to the beach and had a king sized bed (shown in the photos) When we arrived we were very pleased with the unit until we discovered the bed did not have a box spring, was very low to the ground and very soft. We are seniors so getting in and out of bed was very difficult and the mattress was not comfortable. We spoke to the management and although they tried to be helpful, they said they couldn't do anything about it and there would be no switching units or refunds. This made our stay less than what we were expecting. Neighbors above us were loud and the unit next to us had a barking dog for 2 days before they left. Wish we could do it again in a different unit bc the facility itself had an amazing pool and it was a great location.

Wonderful Stay

Wife and I spent the week celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The condo was clean and was stocked with the necessities we needed. Very close to the beach which was great. We will definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Excellent location!

My family and I went for a little beach getaway before school starts - it was just what we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach! There's an access road right next to the property, so if you want to load up the car for an easier haul to the Beach, you have the option. The room was clean, the pool was nice, & the property was quiet. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo in perfect location

This one bedroom condo is perfect for a small family get away. It’s within walking distance from the beach. You can see the water from the front steps. Very close to corpus, padre local eats and shops, and only a 20 minute drive to Padre Island National seashore. They also have every app to watch shows and movies 😅 We will say here again! Don’t miss out

WEATHER WAS AGAINST US

WE COULD OF USED A LITTLE MORE ROOM MORE TOWELS WOULD BE NICE THE PROPERTY'S PEOPLE WERE NICE ALWAYS QUICK TO TAKE CARE OF PROBLEMS BUT GAS WAS SHUT OFF FOR A WHILE AND THE DISHWASHER HAD WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR.

Cute Condo

Check in and out process was a breeze. We loved just being a stone’s throw from the beach! The condo was surface clean, but for what they charge for cleaning I would expect to not have food from previous tenants in the oven drawer, dried food on the side of the refrigerator, or pasta dried to the inside of a colander. There was a pepper shaker but no salt shaker, odd, but definitely not a problem for us. When I placed the reservation I noted that we have a wheat and feather allergy and asked that they remove any feather pillows and take extra care when cleaning the kitchen. I was pretty disappointed to find soaps that contain wheat and then the dried pasta in the colander. However, the soap was sealed and easily ignored and we were able to manage the colander issue. All in all, we’d stay again and would recommend it to others as well.
