Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach and Packery Channel or swim and relax by the pool or on the patio. So many ways to enjoy this little vacation paradise. Easy check ins with remote (dedicated only to you) door code. Lease by the night (two night minimum), by the week or by the month (no hotel taxes will be charged for a monthly rental, price will be adjusted upon booking). Book today, all you have to bring is your swimsuit!

Nice, but bed was uncomfortable

Everything was clean and as pictured. The only thing was we had to sleep in the pull out couch due to the bed being very uncomfortable.

Relaxed fun on beach

From our very first contact with Tracie before renting to the final time we locked the door we had a fabulous experience! Her home away from home was perfect for the two of us to spend a week either on the beach or exploring the area! Home was super clean, very well equipped from fluffy towels to beach equipment to comfy bed and awesome kitchen and more! Clearly Tracie has taken taken great pride in her delightful property, it wasn’t just “a rental, but it was home”! So glad we found this hidden gem and would love to return! Thanks Tracie for being an awesome hostess!!

north padre island stay

the property was clean. however, the exterior was a disappointment. the exterior could use paint, the wood for the decks need to be replaced or at least power washed. the pool area needs new chairs and the pool deck needs paint. the pool was clean though. Inside our unit was good, but some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Also, there was no washer and dryer. The beach is super close, only a block away.

Amazing Getaway

This was a first for a lot of things for me and my girlfriend and it was amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures and is so clean. It has anything you could need for a short stay(which is what we did) and a long stay and very Comfortable!! I was overly impressed and it is literally a block from the beach you can go to the parking lot or drive right up on the beach and it is beautiful. The pool stayed clean and cool too and was nice to relax in. Would definitely recommend for couples or a smaller group. Definitely would return next year.

Communicating was very easy and fast. The process was extremely easy and the condo was exactly as described and pictured. The fact that the unit includes all you would need, towels, utensils, cookware and bedding was great to have being away from home. I would recommend and see myself coming back in the future.

This was a great stay

I went with my husband and 6month baby, we had easy access to the beach, just a short drive. The place was clean and the check in was super easy. I would reccomend this place, and I would plan a trip like this again soon.
