    Beachside es una casa adosada familiar de tres habitaciones convenientemente ubicada en la calle 11. Esta propiedad se encuentra cerca de la piscina de agua salada que se calienta durante los meses de invierno y está bellamente decorada con una decoración inspirada en la playa y pisos de madera en todas partes. Si está buscando una excelente ubicación central para todo lo que Port Aransas tiene para ofrecer, ¡no busque más! Estacione su automóvil en los espacios de estacionamiento asignados y déjelo mientras dure su estadía.
    Una caminata de 8 minutos lo lleva a la aclamada playa, tiendas, restaurantes y actividades de la Costa del Golfo.

    Después de hacer turismo, regrese a su hogar del Puerto A y relájese en su patio al aire libre con parrilla. En la planta baja encontrará la lavadora y la secadora bien escondidas en el pasillo, la habitación de invitados 1 (BR1) tiene una cama King size, TV, armario, banco y acceso privado al patio que da al exterior. El dormitorio de invitados 2 (BR2) tiene una cama litera doble sobre una litera doble, una doble sobre futón completo, armario y TV. Ambas habitaciones comparten un baño con ducha / bañera y encimera de Corian. Aventúrate arriba y encontrarás la sala de estar con una nueva silla seccional grande, decorativa, un televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana, cable y Wifi. El comedor tiene capacidad para 8 con 5 sillas y un banco. y el espacioso bar tiene capacidad para 4. El comedor tiene acceso a la cocina totalmente equipada. Encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable harán que la familia cocine feliz. También hay un medio baño para uso de los huéspedes. El dormitorio principal (BR3) ofrece una lujosa cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, banco, armario y baño privado con ducha de tamaño completo.
    Disfrute de la INCREÍBLE piscina, que se calienta durante los meses de invierno, con tobogán acuático y palpas en todas partes. ¡Beachside está ubicado a solo unas cuadras de todo en el Puerto A! ¿Que estas esperando? Reserve y alójese en la playa!

It worked great for our family, the pool is awesome, however I wouldn’t advertise it as walking distance to the beach. Ice machine was not working and the host didn't address it. Shower curtain in the master bathroom was pretty dirty. But overall the place was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Such a great stay! The townhome was just as shown & in wonderful shape. Great location and just minutes from the beach. Also just minutes away from restaurants & local stores.

Summer Trip 2023

It was our first time visiting Port Aransas and we LOVED IT! So much we extended our stay two more days! The home was beautiful and just like the pics. Location was great and the house came with everything we needed. We absolutely loved it!

Great place and space

Everything was smooth and pictures are very accurate. Rental was seconds from the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Overall great unit near heart of town, road noise on busy weekends and heavy vacation times (Spring Break) is loud well into the night. W/D are basically inoperable and in need of replace. We found them to have strong pet urine smell, to which we passed on usage of them, was a bummer to find that.

October weekend

2 families, 4 kids and 4 adults all stayed here happily. We plenty of space for sleeping and could still have the kids go to sleep and stay up talking since the living room and bunk room are on different levels. Kitchen was well stocked and location was a quick 5-7 min walk. The pool was fun but a little chilly. Overall a wonderful stay!

Port A

It was nice for the most part. Wasnt as clean as we expected and was missing some items. Nice place though and close to the beach. When we pay as much as we do for these rental properties, we expect it to equal the cost of what we pay.

Great stay with family and friends

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and our dog. The property was honestly perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds which gave them plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the balconies. Really could not think of anything we needed that the house didn’t have. Highly recommend!

Took our 5 grandkids with us …had a great time .. not sure why but I thought the house had 3 full bathrooms … 2 full and one half bathroom… very nice house … stove top needs some new burners … they weren’t consistent and went hot to cold …also found out the top bunks where not made up , just sheets setting on top of bed … the help should have made the top bunks up with sheets … over all a good experience.
