The modern kitchen is perfect for practicing your cooking skills with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils. There is spacious granite counter space and a bar area for prepping, dining and entertaining with seating for 5. The guest room (BR1) has two Twin beds and a TV. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, nightstand, chest, and TV. The shared bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly in a closet in this bathroom which can be accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom. The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are 0.5 miles away and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.
