Introducing The Turtle Dolphin STS221. This Port Aransas vacation home will be a destination that you will return to every year! The spacious main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, provides space for a large group of family or friends. Additionally, behind the main house, you'll find a cottage offering 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, adding privacy and flexibility to your stay. As you enter the main house, you'll be greeted by an inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area features ample seating, allowing you to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and a convenient breakfast bar. There are 2 large dining tables that will accommodate a party of 12! The bedrooms in the main house are each tastefully furnished and feature a plush king size bed. The bathrooms offer modern amenities, including walk-in showers and/or tubs, to cater to your every need. The separate cottage is ideal for couples, it offers a cozy bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, and living area. Guests staying in the cottage will enjoy a quiet escape, while still having access to all the amenities of the main house. The pool can be heated for $50 plus tax per day.

We loved the house and the backyard area was our favorite. So much seating throughout the property- our guests opted not to stay in the pool house, but on the couches in the main house instead. There was a foul odor, and although mgmt addressed it on day 2, it lingered and kept anyone from getting comfortable over there. There was also a foul odor coming from the kitchen disposal that was addressed. There were plenty of blankets but the bedding itself was not my favorite. A very thin blanket was all. And everyone had one towel to last them 5 days. I only saw one roll of paper towel and 4 total rolls of tp, which, for - house full of teenage boy’s doesn’t last long. The master bath was fabulous. There was a storm on day 3 and I called in for debris in the pool and Caleb showed up with in the hr. He was very kind and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just a few opportunities to get 5 stars.

This property was in the perfect location, within walking distance to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. It is kept in immaculate condition, beautifully updated, and is well appointed. It could not have been a more perfect place for our group of families to stay, and we plan to return every year that we’re able.

As a local hosting an EMS Education Summit, I couldn’t have asked for a better property. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect mix of comfort and functionality. It created an ideal environment for both focused work sessions and much-needed relaxation. Our team had everything we needed and more. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone—whether you’re planning a professional retreat or a personal getaway. We will definitely be booking again!

Home and cottage were beautifully comfortable. Home contained everything we needed in cooking accessories, as well as kitchen appliances. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The area had easy access to shops. Restaurants abd beach. We loved it!

We spent a fabulous weekend with friends in this beautiful home. Unbelievable amount of space, perfect pool and outdoor entertainment area. Great location to navigate the town in the golf cart. Quiet neighborhood. A++++ rating from us. We HIGHLY recommend this property. We are already planning our return for multiple visits. It was that perfect!

Great property and great location! With the guest house grandparents got to enjoy staying with us and still escape for some much needed relaxation! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the covered patio was the perfect place to hang out and watch them play! Everything was perfect inside too with enough space for everyone to spread out a little but enjoy eachothers company!

My family and I stayed here for a stay-cation in Port A and it was fabulous. Heated pool was a major perk! Very convenient location right in town. Property managmement was very attentive to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time at the beach this weekend. It was rainy, which put a damper on things, but it was November so that's fine. The house was perfect. We had two toddlers running around with plenty of space to play. Great kitchen and grill for very fun group dinners! Great house and great communication. We will be going back next year!
