  • Experience beach bliss at this luxe 2BR/2BA Port A condo. Designer coastal elements flow throughout the open layout, while two balconies offer delightful outdoor living space. Located at the Palmilla Beach Resort, enjoy lavish amenities including convenient beach access, two amazing swimming pools that are heated during winter months, links-style golf course, fitness center, and on-site dining. The beautifully appointed living room is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a smart TV with full house Sonos stereo system. An open Netflix account is available for viewing your favorite movies! The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six, or perch at the island for three. Sweet dreams await on a king bed in the primary suite, complete with a TV and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin bed and a cable TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the fresh coastal air on two balconies. Overlooking the resort, the main balcony has multiple seating areas including comfy lounge furniture, firepit, grill, and a four-seat table. The second balcony can be accessed via the master suite boasting two tall Adirondack chairs. Parking Notes: Parking is first come first serve around the building. Parking is not allowed in spots marked for other units, vacant lots or in private driveways. Designated 202 parking is reserved for owner. Towing is enforced. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available nearby. Please consult with the Palmilla Beach Guest Services for details. RESORT AMENITIESYour wristbands provide access to an elegant resort-style pool (unheated and open year-round). Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach! During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course winds its way throughout the resort community. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very nice, beds were comfortable, loved having laundry inside the unit. It was quiet, but close enough to town for meals and groceries. We made use of the nearby access road to park on the beach. We greatly enjoyed watching the cargo ships come into and leave from port.

Phenomenal experience, will be back

This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at the gulf coast. The amenities and the location were absolutely beautiful. The pool was outstanding and guest services were so welcoming. I plan on coming back in the future to this wonderful place!

Modern and clean

Overall, unit was very clean, updated and modern. Had everything we needed. Very large porch which was great. Views of golf course were nice. No real ocean views. We did need a beach cart to get to the beach area. The walk would be long to the beach but streets are very cute and easy to get around.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us comfortable-including delivered those much - needed extra pillows to our condo (we always need extra!) The accommodations were immaculate- from the condo itself to landscape grounds. This trip was special for our whole family-my husband, our son, and my 92 yr old mother all loved it. The elevator access made it easy for us to get around without using stairs. The resort truly caters to families, and grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We’re already talking about coming back!

So worth it

Everything was amazing. House was perfect size for 4 adults and 2 littles. Would like to see a golf cart rental included in future. Love the community, golf course and beach access. A little difficulty finding correct building at first and guest services was busy to assist. But we found it and enjoyed every second. We will be back.

A MUST STAY!

This Vacasa home has it all! Its location to the beach is great! Checking in was effortless, no complications. The beds were incredibly cozy! And there's plenty of space in the unit for everyone to unwind. The property itself offers fantastic amenities. With a restaurant onsite and a heated pool? Pure bliss! Plus, they offer golf cart rentals, perfect for exploring. And the beach is just a short two minute golf cart ride away. Overall, for a stress-free, comfortable, and convenient retreat, this Vacasa home is the ultimate choice. Will definitely stay her when visiting Port A again!

Loved the condo. Beautifully decorated, modern , super clean, the best staff and location great.

Five star but had a problem with no hot water. Staff had to come twice to fix but both times they came within 30mintes.

Great condo!

We really liked this condo. The balcony was a highlight -- even though it's a couple blocks away from the beach, it has a great ocean view that doesn't seem like it will ever be obstructed by new construction. The condo building is really small with only about 4 units, which makes it feel almost like you're staying in a home. We had the condo building to ourselves for the first couple of days and once another family moved into the unit across the hall, we did notice that you could hear a lot of their activity. Overall, not a big deal for us, though -- it didn't keep anyone up at night or anything. We also really enjoyed the pool area at the resort and the staff at guest services was so helpful and accommodating.
