"Location was centrally located for our planned activities. Staff were pleasant. Had buffet breakfast in the LIV restaurant- the staff were so professional and the food was delicious and abundant. Well worth the price. The Gym facilities were spectacular- clean and fairly quiet."

"This was a very nice and quiet hotel, I enjoyed everything,the staff friendly and available if need them, the room are huge and although you pay for parking, but unlike some hotels it was not overcrowded."

"We've tried a few of the hotels at aprox. the same price range and have to say that Double Tree is the best one. Very clean, quiet and walking distance from the falls (15 min walk, from pathway near by), OLG Casino (5 min walk), and Clifton Hill (15 min walk). Staff was great! Only downfall was that the falls view room was only a partial view of the falls. Definitely would recommend"

"We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of Vittoria, being that it is in the midst of a shopping district and family entertainment area. The staff was great, the lobby & hallways were clean & bright, the rooms were clean, the whole building had a fresh scent & the beds were very comfortable! Thank you!"

"I would highly recommend staying here! The cleanliness and staff effort was above and beyond. The facility itself was very impressive with a private patio area outback with 2 bbq's and lounging area. It was superb! The complimentary breakfast was incredible with loads of choices (hot and cold) and freshly made! Definitely deserving of a 5-star review. We are planning to go back in a few months! "

"The porridge on both days of our stay was made too runny. Would need a mug to eat it. Recipe needs to be adjusted to make it thicker so you can actually eat it with a spoon. I did mention to a kitchen staff on first day of our stay but next day same texture —— too runny. "

"We loved our stay!! Rooms were clean, exceptionally large & beds comfortable. Breakfast was great! They had 2 staff people keeping up with replenishing the food which was important with the constant flow of people. Table & silverware was even “real” instead of paper/plastic. The front desk staff was very efficient & accommodating. Loved the daily cookies that were offered. The falls were a walkable distance & we liked having the hotel located away from all the busyness of attractions. We...

"Overall, the place was excellent and I would recommend. We paid for premium fallsview rooms and the view was really great, but the downside was that the windows were so dirty (outside, not inside) that it was hard to see and pictures were pretty well impossible. I'm not blaming the hotel; they can't wash the outsides constantly, but it was a shame. Staff was excellent, especially the folks at valet. "

"Very comfortable bed; I slept better than I have in a long time. Very nice hotel with clean rooms and balcony over looking the indoor pool which was also well maintained and beautiful!"
