Stay steps from the beach, across from the Historic Hotel Del, in a 2 bed/2 bath condo at a resort with a 4.7 star rating on Google and 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor. This condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed in bedroom 1, a king bed in bedroom 2 and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus 2 bathrooms.

Very hard to find a Condo rental for less than a month on the island due to City of Coronado laws requiring monthly rentals, but since this is a condo inside a resort, you can rent for a week instead of a month and have all the amenities of a condo. (Sunday to Sunday weekly rental required.)

Relax in the rooftop hot tub or sauna, BBQ overlooking the ocean, work out in the gym, play ping pong and pool, grab a cup of coffee all on site. Additional pools at the luxurious Loews Resort available at no extra charge. All this is available with NO RESORT FEES charged to you!

Note: there is an elevator in the condo building so there are NO STAIRS TO NAVIGATE if you park in the garage and take the elevator to the unit.


WHAT WE LOVE: We love the ability to cook in our rental as well as access to free beach chairs, toys and bicycles so we can really enjoy our stay on the island. The Loews Resort pools are so luxurious, we feel like royalty and our kids have a blast playing the days away.

* Walk through the Hotel del Coronado grounds to access Coronado Beach: perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, sunbathing or just relaxing. Grocery store, movie theater, shopping and lots of dining are on the island. Museums, the San Diego Zoo, Costco, Walmart are all a mere fifteen minute drive.


IMPORTANT DETAILS:

* Must be 25+ years old to book

* Within 24 hours of booking, you must give us your name (as it appears on your driver’s license/passport) so we can get the Guest Certificate issued. Please understand that you will be using our owner’s week at the resort and we are subject to the rules of our owner’s contract. As such, if you fail to provide us with your legal name, we will use the name on your VRBO account for the Guest Certificate. We can NOT change the name on the Guest Certificate once it is issued.

* Most one bedroom units have a drapery separating the bedroom and the living room (sleeper sofa area) to create a more open feel. Please see the listing photo(s). Most units will not have a door on the bedroom, but have a curtain divider. (IF THIS IS MATERIALLY IMPORTANT TO YOU, PLEASE MESSAGE US PRIOR TO BOOKING TO CONFIRM.)

* Unit is non-smoking and violators will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit their deposit.

* NO Pets allowed and violators will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit their deposit. For service animals, please contact us within 24 hours of booking to arrange the proper documentation for your service animal.
