Just after checking in, a lady with 2 large cats in a huge cage was coming out of the elevator. I realize many...

"The location is great. The facility is shabby to say the least. Very run down in need of renovation and cleanliness just not up to standard. Sad. Lots of potential. Breakfast is decent and staffed very friendly."
