The Space:
Off the Grid is the perfect summer getaway for your whole family to enjoy.
Featuring just over 4,000 square feet, this 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath home has owner grade finishes throughout. New finishes include all white shaker kitchen cabinets, delta faucets and gold hardware, upgraded bathroom vanities and floors, plus an entirely rebuilt ground floor. With all new contemporary-coastal inspired decor, Off the Grid offers plenty of room for guests to spread out, relax, and enjoy every part of this huge custom three level home.

The property has multiple Trex decks and a screened porch to sip evening drinks and capture the breathtaking north-west sunsets over the dunescape. Built-in Bluetooth speakers are located in the 3rd floor living room and game lounge to play your favorite tunes. Downstairs features the custom built movie room with an extra large 86” LG smart TV paired with surround sound and theatre seats for 5, game lounge featuring a pool table, bar seating and 50” flat screen TV, plus a 6th bedroom complete with double bunk beds.

Amenities include a private jacuzzi hot tub, large driveway and carport with direct ground floor keypad entry, elevator access to each floor, high-speed wifi, and a custom movie theatre room. In 2022-2023 the ground floor game lounge, movie room and 6th bedroom were added, in addition to bathroom and furniture upgrades throughout.

With 8 large smart TV’s throughout the home, a recently added Apple TV connected movie theater room and an upgraded game lounge on the ground floor, our home is ready for you to sit back, relax and have fun. The home is equipped with high-speed wifi, wall-mounted smart TV’s in all King and Queen bedrooms and the top floor’s Bluetooth sound system can be played both inside and on the enclosed patio.

With it’s enormous open-layout kitchen, newly serviced elevator, pre-heated jacuzzi, cul-de-sac beach-access and the unforgettable views make this home as good as it gets “Off the Grid!”

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
