Executive Water Front Home With Steps To Water, 15 Mins to Downtown

Enjoy the still country sounds, with the convenience of being only 5 minutes to the town of Cornwall and 15 minutes to Downtown Charlottetown! This luxurious home is situated on a water front lot within a quiet & high end subdivision. Enjoy breath taking views from the South facing deck of sail boats as they go by on the West River, or wade in the warm South Shore water!

The main floor features an open concept space which includes a living room with a gas fire place, separate sitting area, large & fully equipped kitchen, and a separate TV room with a gas fire place. Enjoy incredible views of the water from all angles of this room! Down the hall is the primary bedroom and ensuite, and a bedroom that features 2 full beds. There is also a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Next to the garage, there is a front load washer and dryer and a powder room.

Downstairs, enjoy the entertainment area with a TV and third gas fireplace, as well as patio doors that lead to the back yard. If you need to get some work done while you are away, there is a office with south facing windows of the water! Down the hall is the 3 additional bedrooms- 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 bedroom with a king bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Open the doors off of the kitchen to the large deck which has an outdoor conversation set to enjoy the view! Follow the concrete steps for a beach walk during low tide, or take a dip during high tide!

Awesome property & location

4 couples 3 little kids able to stay very comfortably, awesome amount of space inside, lovely river view and lawn space.General small maintenance was lacking with a handful of loose, leaky, etc items around the house. Listing also included paddleboards but in comms with property manager learned the owners axed them due to safety concerns, understandable but false advertising with the listing not updated

Beautiful View, Comfortable Stay

We were a family of 10 staying in this house from ages 9-70. The kitchen and living room were beautiful, and the view was amazing. The house was clean and very large with enough room for everyone. A few things that would have improved our stay include a good spraying around the house for insects. We were unable to sit outside because the spiders were literally dropping on us from everywhere. I mean they were drifting in on webs and landing on us. The other thing was the quality of outdoor furniture. The furniture was very uncomfortable and no beach chairs were provided so we had to purchase chairs from Canadian tire to bring to the beach. Our kids loved walking the beach out back and finding crabs and starfish, however I can’t say you would want to swim in this location. Overall the property is beautiful and pretty well equipped. Located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 mins from downtown Charlottetown. We enjoyed our stay here, and with some upgraded outdoor seating, it would be close to perfect.

Beautiful property with excellent location

We were thrilled with this home. It was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for the entire family. Right on the water with large windows allowing us to enjoy the views. We even found several pieces of sea glass on the river during low tide.. a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen was stocked with the things we needed to cook on site. The location allowed us to enjoy a rural community yet close to a grocery store. Charlottetown was a very easy drive.. and we were able to easily drive all around the island exploring coast to coast. My one suggestion would be to add a keypad lock to the door. We realized it was a bit challenging when the group wanted to split up for different activities. Nonetheless.. we would happily stay again if we visit in the future! The island was absolutely spectacular!

The house was top-notch. As well as sleeping 10, the kitchen and living areas were generous and perfect for cooking, dining and visiting. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed, and more. Highly recommend and hope to return some day.

Family summer stay

This was a great house that exceeded our expectations from the listing. It had a lot of space for eight people, and the location on the water was terrific. It wasn't clear to us from the online pictures whether the water was accessible, but the kids were able to walk out into the water, and there was a dock on the shoreline as well. It would have been nice to have a kayak or paddleboard to enhance the experience, but our kids enjoyed this nonetheless. The house was also very clean and bright, with lots of windows to the waterview. There was a huge yard and lots of space to park in the driveway. In terms of the area, this is a little bit further away from amenities than some of the other places we've stayed in PEI. There is one medium-sized grocery store 5 minutes away, but you are not close to top restaurants or beaches. The advantage is that the area was quiet though. The house itself was well-equipped and had almost everything you could want. There was an arcade game and an air hockey table for the kids. The television had many streaming applications (Netflix, Disney, etc.) but we could not find more than a handful of standard television channels so could not access sports games and so on. Overall this was a terrific property and we would highly recommend this to families or big groups who need a lot of space and want to be in a more relaxing environment with a scenic view.

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful property in an upscale neighbourhood. Loved the open concept layout and the large windows overlooking the water. It was very clean, had lots of towels, linens, dishes and extras such as a punch bowl, waffle maker, lobster pot and many more.
