We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. We arrived to some chocolates, a couple of granola bars, some wine and a lovely note from the host. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a grill that we used twice. Plenty of seating outside. And we got to see deer and a little fox no more than 20ft from the door. There were also tons of hummingbirds to watch. It was awesome and we will be returning.

An exceptional stay! The property was very tidy and clean, and the direction notes were very helpful. We had everything we needed — and even more. Great views and a quiet neighborhood. Some lovely gifts were also waiting for us — thank you for that!

Beautiful views and wildlife experience.

Sitting on the patio you may see deer, fox, javelin, many varieties of birds. Very comfort accommodations with many host amenities.

Wonderful getaway!

We had a great stay at the Tuscan Getaway. Perfect location for wineries and sight seeing. The well-cared for cottage is very comfortable and filled with beautiful details. We hope to return often!

Stunning outside and inside

The location of this guest house, perched on a hillside overlooking vineyards, was special in itself, but the interior was both extremely comfortable and filled with features that went well beyond our comfort expectations. Add to that a guest-welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates, and it's a recipe for a memorable stay.We had a wonderful time, and would love to return.

Cozy cottage near wineries and Sedona

Great location for hiking in the Sedona area, sightseeing, and nearby wineries. Beautiful view of sunrise and birds at the feeder. Amenities abound from picnic supplies, sauna, plentiful pantry supplies, and quality linens and towels. Grateful for a relaxing and peaceful trip!

Villa on the hill

Well appointed mini Italian villa with lots of personal touches. Quiet and secluded yet near lots of wineries, hiking venues, and lovely fall scenery. We had a fun and relaxing time.

Fantastic!The cottage is beautifully set up with everything you will need to enjoy the peace and scenic beauty of this location. Vineyards and wildlife watching from our private patio was a daily ritual.Hosts Jean and Jim were wonderful and extremely thoughtful and concerned about our welfare. We can’t thank them enough for what they have put together. We will return to this location again.

Location, Location, Location

Perfect home base to explore the valley while avoiding the crowds of Sedona. We traveled to Red Rock State Park, Grand Canyon, Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott and Page Springs Cellars (just down the road) during the day and enjoyed the peace of the lower and upper patio areas late afternoon and night. My husband really enjoyed the birds that constantly congregated around the feeders - many of which were "life birds". The cottage was cozy, well equipped and had everything we needed (and more). If we come back to Arizona, we would definitely stay at Page Springs Cottage again.

What a cute little place! Jean had so many perfect little touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. From fresh flowers to a hand written note to wine & chocolate. We loved the outdoor area to have our wine and see the views. Definitely a great find!

Exceptional Stay

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The property was perfect for us. It is in a great location- close enough from Sedona to allow us to enjoy its beautiful scenery and activities, but away from the crowds etc. The property was very peaceful and quiet- with beautiful views. The hosts were fantastic. I have rented VRBO's numerous times, but I got to say this one had everything we could want or need! Would highly recommend.

A touch of Italy near Sedona

This property is peaceful, clean, well-maintained and furnished with great character. My husband and I truly enjoyed sitting outside. The cottage offers a number of outdoor living spaces. We were visited by hummingbirds which is always a treat. The host family is very welcoming as well.

A Better Home Away from Home

This gem of a property made us feel at home - but a better version! Tucked away for maximum privacy but within a few minutes of multiple wineries, this was an amazing stay. Owners, Jean and Jim, were welcoming while respecting privacy. The little personal touches throughout the property - from chocolates upon arrival to toiletries and coffee pods - were above and beyibd the typical rental. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful, private, and peaceful place. The home was well-equipped and immaculately clean. The outside patio is restful place to sit and relax, day or night. The drive into Sedona is short and simple. It was lovely to have a quiet, home-like place to land at the end of each day. I highly recommend.
