Private luxury villa. A paradise with swimming pool sleeps 10-11 in Corfu Greece

Our villa is a privately owned gated property consisting of three designed, stone-built houses. A perfect location for family and group holidays it offers a private shared holiday experience with the option to close a door if required. With a luxurious interior and tasteful decor the villa has TV/Satellite TV & free WIFI throughout, a safe in each house for your important documents plus a First Aid Kit, Smoke Detector Alarm and Fire Extinguisher. Each house is fitted with shuttered windows, air conditioning, orthopaedic mattresses, 100% cotton bed linen, soft bathroom towels and extra pool towels for each guest. There is plenty of space for parking, a large garden, a playground and seating area next to the swimming pool (with children's area) and a BBQ. We pride ourselves on your holiday being everything you expected it to be. We are happy to help arrange airport transfers and can help with car & bike hire too. The supermarket 'Coop Varagoulis' in the village Agios Mattheos offers home delivery and also a pick up service so you can shop yourself! We will assist with a smile whatever your needs... please just let us know.

Large Garden & Swimming Pool: a large and beautifully green garden that boasts a swimming pool 12 x 8 x 1.7m deep (with children's area) adorned with cushions, sun loungers, umbrellas. Our pool is private and for your use only, it is not shared and it is not open for public use. Also a playground & seating area and BBQ area.
Parking: ample space for secure parking on the property.

House Helios Sleeps 5 (4 adults & 1 Child) & House Thalassa Sleeps 4

Helios is a two storey semi-detached 80m² house, Thalassa is a two storey 75m² house. They sleep 4-5 people with comfortable air conditioned bedrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed downstairs for 1 child aged up to 14 years in Helios. Helios is the house on the left in the Villa Liostasi photo, Thalassa on the right. Both houses comprise the following:
Kitchen & Dining Room: a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, large fridge freezer, apron, steam iron, a dining table that seats six and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 guest. A highchair for children and crib are available on request. Air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI.
Bathroom: with toilet, shower cabin, wash basin, hair dryer & hair straighteners.
Helios Double Bedroom: The first bedroom, with double bed, lies at the front of the house. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
Helios Twin Bedroom: 2 single beds with en-suite WC. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
Thalassa Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds it offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
Thalassa Double Bedroom: with a double bed and en-suite WC it offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
The top floor bedrooms in both houses have a second larger veranda with a spectacular mountain view at the back & overlooking the pool at the front and a table for 6 people.

House Gaia sleeps 2

Gaia is a single storey 40m² house. It can sleep 2 people in a comfortable air conditioned bedroom. Gaia is the house in the centre of the Villa Liostasi photo.

Fabulous villas with incredible pool area in quiet location

These villas are fabulously located in a rural area in the much quieter south west area of the island. The three villas are modern, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool area is just incredible being large and with plenty of comfy sun beds - the pool is large and kept really clean. There are a number of good tavernas close by, beaches, supermarket and attractions like wine and oil tasting. There is a quiet beach about 10 mins walk but with steep access. The owners Xrysa and Christos were incredibly welcoming, always willing to help and recommend and even stocked up the fridges with beers, wines, cereals etc so we didn’t have to shop until the following day. We all enjoyed the stay.

Tolle Kommunikation trotz Verschiebung des Urlaubs wegen Covid-19

Die diesjährigen Umstände insbesondere die Stornierung unserer sämtlichen Flüge zwangen uns, den Besuch auf Corfu in das kommende Jahr zu verschieben. Bereits vorab mussten wir aufgrund Änderungen im Flugplan bereits unsere genaue Aufenthaltsdauer anpassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erlief hierzu völlig reibungslos, es wurde uns alles möglich gemacht. Darüber hinaus erhielten wir gute Tipps für Autovermietungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schade, dass wir dies dann alles nicht nutzen konnten. Besonders positiv möchten wir hier noch hervorheben, dass auch mit unserer Absage mangels Flugverbindungen gegenseitig offen und respektvoll umgegangenen wurde. Dies haben wir nicht immer so erlebt in diesem Jahr. Uns wurde die Möglichkeit gegeben, auf das kommende Jahr umzubuchen und ein erheblichen Teil der Anzahlung wurde und erstattet. Der Rest als Anzahlung für 2021 verbucht. Hierfür besten Dank! Die Sterne oben vergeben wir für die Kommunikation sowie Reaktion auf die Covid-19-Krise und ist als eine sehr gute Gesamtbewertung zu verstehen. Die einzelnen Kriterien mussten wir ausfüllen, um dieses Formular absenden zu können.

La villa è bellissima e praticamente nuova. È molto curata e dotata di ogni comfort: wi-fi, a.c.

Bellissima esperienza, in una villa curata e con un proprietario, Christos, accogliente, ospitale, gentilissimo, premuroso. Siamo arrivati di sera, molto tardi, in nove persone e Christos ci ha fatto trovare addirittura da mangiare per tutti, oltre a svariate bottiglie di vino, birra, acqua, frutta, caffè.La villa è accessoriata alla perfezione e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. La posizione è strategica, in campagna, ma a 5 minuti da splendide spiagge attrezzate. Assolutamente da consigliare.
