Our twin Polgar Villas comprises exceptional luxury accommodation with private pools and stunning views to Arillas and Diapontia Islands. Each Villa can sleep up to 4 guests in a living space of 95sq.m. Polgar Villas are situated in the North West Corfu at the village of Kavvadades. The location is suitable for couples and families who wish to spend relaxing and peaceful holidays with easy access (a few minutes driving) to sandy organized beaches and spots with unrepeatable ocean views and sunsets.
Polgar villas offer privacy in a fenced property with an outdoor spacious communal area with lawn and paving. Each villa has its own private pool and can be rented separately.
Polgar Villa 2: Entering the modern luxury villa there is a large open plan living room area with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers all the electric appliances and equipment for the guests comfort. (Dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, microwave, Nespresso machine, toastier, kettle, handy mixer, induction hobs and oven, large fridge etches).
The living room features a large corner sofa and 43’’ smart Tv. Its large glazing door leads to the furnished patio with the infinity private swimming pool (depth: 1,40m – length: 7*3m.) There are set luxury sun loungers with thick cushions, parasols and another seating sofa. The view of Arillas and the sunsets are amazing.
The villa also has two comfortable bedrooms (one with king size bed 180*200 and the other with single beds 90*200) with 32’ TVs, open wardrobes, large glazing doors with view and en-suited baths with walk-in rainfall showers.
Polgar villas are minimalistic, decorated with attention to detail and shades that offer harmony and tranquility. They offer free Wi-Fi connection, air-conditioning in all rooms and private parking spaces on the premises.

Guests are recommended to have a car, the nearest supermarket is at a distance of 800m, café and bakery is 500m, taverns (at least 1 km). Nearby places that offer many taverns, bars, sandy organized beaches and amazing views are nearly 2 km away. Such places are Agios Georgios beach 2KM where you can try diving, boating and water sports. Arillas beach 2km also has an organized beach with many restaurants and bars where you can visit the Corfu Microbrewery. The beautiful historic village of Afionas is 1, 5 km and offers magnificent views of the open sea, the rocky islet of Gravia, and unique sunsets. Below Afionas, is the famous double beach Porto Timoni.
