Mountain views, nearby golden sandy beaches, set in the olive groves.

With a luxurious interior and tasteful decor Helios is a two storey semi-detached 80m² designed stone built house. It can sleep 4 people with 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with orthopedic mattresses & shuttered windows and a comfortable sofa bed downstairs for 1 child aged up to 14 years. Helios is the house on the left of the main villa photo.

Our new villa is a privately owned gated property with plenty of space for parking, a large garden, a playground and seating area next to the outdoor pool (with children's area) and a BBQ. It has TV/Satellite TV & free WIFI throughout, a safe in each house for your important documents plus a First Aid Kit, Smoke Detector Alarm and Fire Extinguisher. Each house is fitted with 100% cotton bed linen, soft bathroom towels and extra pool towels for each guest. We provide a welcome basket, shampoos, hair conditioner and body cream.

We pride ourselves on your holiday being everything you expected it to be. We are happy to help arrange airport transfers and can help with car & bike hire too. The supermarket ‘Coop Varagoulis’ in the centre of the village Agios Mattheos offers home delivery and will even take you to and from the villa in their van to do the shopping yourself! We will assist with a smile whatever your needs... please just let us know.

Helios Lower Floor

Kitchen & Dining Room: a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, large fridge freezer, apron, steam iron, a dining table that seats six and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 guest. A highchair for children and crib are available on request. Air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI.

Bathroom: a few steps up lead to a bathroom with a toilet, shower cabin, wash basin, hair dryer and hair straighteners.

Double Bedroom: The first bedroom, with an orthopedic mattress on a double bed, lies at the front of the house. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.

Helios Top Floor

Twin Bedroom: 2 single beds with orthopedic mattresses and en-suite WC. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.

Large Veranda: This bedroom has a second larger veranda with a spectacular mountain view at the back & overlooking the pool at the front and a table for 6 people.

Outside

Laundry Room: with washing machine and detergents.

Communal Garden & Swimming Pool: a large and beautifully green garden that boasts a swimming pool 12 x 8 x 1.7m deep (with children's smaller pool) adorned with cushions, sun loungers and umbrellas. We have a total maximum occupancy of 11 people, so the swimming pool and large garden will never be crowded during your stay. Our pool is private and not open for public use. A playground and seating area are next to the pool. BBQ.

Memorable Vacation

Chryssa and Christos are truly exceptional hosts and I cannot speak highly enough about them. They made our vacation memorable - the restaurant recommendations were fantastic, the villa and the pool were all first rate, as well as their responsiveness to any enquiry we had. Christos, as charming as ever, was available whenever needed and it all combined to make it, genuinely, one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Thankyou so much.

Exactly how self catered accommodation should be

Our stay at Villa Liostasi was a lesson in how to do self-catered accommodation brilliantly: the owner and his lovely friend (to help with translation) were there to welcome us and show us around, even though we landed very late at night. The owner himself had even cooked us a giant vat of delicious spaghetti because we'd arrived so late. They were available via WhatsApp for any queries we had and once helped us enormously in bringing us some superglue late at night so my husband could drive with his prescription sunglasses the following day. The villa is great, and has everything you need including little touches I really appreciated like a linen basket, holders for the air con remotes and things like bin bags and dishwasher liquid so we didn't have to buy our own for just a few days. But the absolute highlight is the grounds - our daughters (nearly 2 and nearly 4) had a sensational time going between the pool, the swings and the covered seating area for colouring in. Christos keeps the grounds in immaculate condition and appears most days to prune or tweak, he clearly is very proud of his lovely garden. This lent itself to a super relaxing holiday - they felt very safe as it's a gated complex and often just wandered around with no clothes on, living their best lives. It was no problem to share with other families - we enjoyed meeting the two other German families also with young children who were there at the same time. We would happily come back again!

Amazing holiday

We had an amazing time at the Liostasi Villa from start to finish. We stayed during the COVID times and were extremely impressed by the safety precautions and systems followed which made us feel very safe. The villa is very clean and has everything you are likely to need during your stay. In addition, it was cleaned twice during our stay. The pool and outdoor areas are stylish and welcoming. Christos and Chryssa were perfect hosts, attentive and caring. Highly recommend staying here!

Geweldige tuin!

Tuin was echt prachtig! Het werd ook heel goed onderhouden. De woning zelf is toe aan renovatie. De badkamer is erg verouderd en in de douchecabine stond schimmel. De bedden lagen er hard. Verder heel fijn dat alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst troffen wij een volle koelkast met eten en drinken aan. Ook tijdens ons verblijf werd er nog zo nu en dan wat lekkers gebracht. Heel attent! We hebben hier een topverblijf gehad!

Fun family holiday

We enjoyed a great week in the Greek sunshine, much of it spent at this lovely villa. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay and our 2 year old daughter couldn’t get enough of the swimming pool and play area. The owner Christos was very welcoming and we arrived to a well stocked fridge which was very helpful due to our flight being delayed until the early hours. The villa is located in a quiet part of the island so is ideal for a slow paced holiday relaxing by the pool or popping into the local villages. I would highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for a great week from John, Shekira, Tina and little Alisha. :-)

Superb

We highly recommend this villa. The peaceful location is stunning with beautiful views of the mountains and olive groves. The pool and gardens are pristine, as is the villa. The thing that struck us the most though was the warm and generous hospitality that we received from Christos, the owner. Nothing was too much trouble and he did everything he could to ensure our stay was perfect. He is very proud of villa Liostasi and just wants his guests to feel at home. Thank you for everything.

Hidden gem. Great location for peaceful relaxing holiday

This villa is beautiful so peaceful set against backdrop of green mountains and olive groves. The villa itself is spotless and has absolutely everything you need for a home away from home. The pictures speak for themselves. The owners have really thought of everything. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them. A car is recommended but that said you are no further than a 10 minute drive to beaches, local villages or coastal resorts. This is one we will be definitely visiting again, we did not want to leave.
