The Green Family villa is a traditional house, located in a quiet area of ​​an olive grove, on the old road of Karousades to Sidari, with its own swimming pool, air-conditioned, ideal for hikers or nature lovers.
The house extends over two levels; it is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and relaxing terraces and is really spacious/comfortable for a family or group consisting of 8 people, which can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Ιτ is remarkable for its complete independence from energy, being autonomous, with the necessary photovoltaic and heat pumps to support it.

Layout

The entrance, which is privately accessed from the main road, opens into a huge lounge-diner and fully fitted kitchen, with doors opening onto the outside terraces and garden.

The rest of the ground floor is occupied by two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which share a family bathroom.

The interior wooden staircase leads up to the second floor, which is actually a spacious attic. This is divided into a double and a twin bedroom, which are also served by a shared toilet shower.

Pool and Terraces

The private pool has been placed in the most suitable part of the garden, at the front of the house, so that it enjoys maximum sunshine during the day. It is surrounded by beautiful terraces that provide all the comforts for sunbathing, tranquillity or rest away from the noisy resorts.

The main terrace of the house is sufficiently furnished so that the family can enjoy their dinner alfresco or relax in the tranquillity of the countryside away from it all, just alongside the pool.

At its backside, a large and safe parking area is available, just in front of the owners warehouse.
