The Space:
Only 250m from the beach, this accommodation boasts a lush green garden, offering full privacy to the guests. It combines traditional finishes with meticulous attention to detail, promising you a unique experience on the island of Corfu. The area combines a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.

This modern fully equipped accommodation includes a spacious lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, two beautiful spacious bedrooms and a full modern bathroom. The first bedroom features a double bedroom, while the second one two single cozy beds, that can be joined together, and form a double one.

The house offers private parking, a barbecue area and a garden with fresh organic fruits and vegetables, which guests can taste anytime.

On the patio of the property, you can enjoy homemade meals cooked with pure local products on the big BBQ grill.

The property provides you all the essentials needed for your vacation! The place is secluded, but with a strong feeling of safety.

The Neighborhood:
Corfu island will astonish the guests with its long, fascinating, turbulent history, with its numerous beautiful sights, with the unique monuments left behind by the colonialists, with the fantastic Cuisine influenced by the Venetian.
In a short distance from the property you will find a mini market, taverns with fresh fish and a wide variety of local cuisine. Near the property, just by crossing the road, you can also find a bakery. In less than 50m you will find a local tavern to enjoy traditional flavors. Near the property you will find some car rental and moto rental services.
On the west coast you can discover unique beaches such as the beach Ermones (13km) , the impressive Paleokastritsa (14km), Glyfada (15km), the unruly Myrtiotissa (15km) and the famous sandy beach of Agios Georgios Pagon (21km).
The east coast has nothing to envy with the cosmopolitan Dassia (3km), the fine gravel of Barbati beach (9km) and the enchanting bay of Kouloura (20km).
South of the island dominates the golden paradise of adventure, Halikounas (35km) and the unruly beach of Arkoudilas (55km).
In Alykes Potamou and Lake Korrision, flamingos and other migratory birds make their own passage creating an exotic landscape.
There is a renowned beach under the walls of the old town at the Palace, at Cape Faliraki only 10 km away from the property.
The green northeast coast invites you to visit its unique seaside villages. A one-day trip at the picturesque small villages will let you experience the local culture and hospitality.
Visit the infamous Pontikonisi (14km) and the monastery of Pantokrator (25km), the old town of Corfu (13km) which is also an UNESCO World Heritage Monument, the Archeological museum of Kerkira (28km), the museum of Asian art (14km). Make an excursion to Achillion(15km) the fairytale palace of Empress Sissy and the imposing neoclassical Mon Repo(10km), built as a summer residence of the English commissioner Frederic Adam for the benefit of Corfu Nina Palatianou. Finally, climb the steps of the male monastery Holy Monastery of Panagia Paleokastritsa (14km) which was built in the 13th century. You can also visit the largest square in the Balkans, Spianada Square, which is only 9km away from the property.

Séjour agréable, mais...

Les Maison située dans un village agréable non loin de la plage, beau jardin fleuri et odorant au printemps.Les -Quelques négligences constatées à notre arrivée : cafetière sale, intérieur des placards non nettoyés, rideau de douche douteux, climatisation défectueuse dans la chambre principale.Ces constats ne sont pas à la hauteur des attentes au vue du prix de location demandé.
