  • Casa del Vecchio is a charming studio-type apartment located in the heart of the traditional Venetian neighbourhood of Kampiello, within the beautifully preserved Old Town of Corfu. Surrounded by traditional taverns and just a short walk from the sea, this comfortable retreat is ideal for couples wishing to immerse themselves in the island's rich culture and atmosphere. Whether exploring the nearby historical landmarks or simply enjoying the authentic character of the Old Town, this lovely nest provides the perfect base for a memorable stay.
    Situated on the mezzanine floor of a traditional historic building, the apartment is accessed via two small stairways and is located on a quiet pedestrian street, free from cars and motorbikes. It lies only a few metres from the famous Church of Saint Spyridon, one of Corfu's most important landmarks.
    Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, Casa del Vecchio features a well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Great location, right in the old town. There is a lovely little bar next door & a place to eat right outside your door which is great! It has a nice chilled vibe in the evenings, then all quiet when they close by 11pm latest.The room itself we thought was basic but clean, very pretty & had a cosy feel to it. The bed is very comfortable so always had a good nights sleep! It also has air conditioning.We were a bit apprehensive as we hadnt used the Vrbo website before, but the communication with the host was great. Would definately use this place again, loved it!

Perfect Old Town Escape

Casa del Vecchio is exactly what we hoped for - small, charming and in the heart of Corfu's old town with wonderful atmosphere. Stepping outside straight into town's narrow streets felt magical. Everything was within walking distance - the tavernas, the sea, and the Liston area.The apartment itself was compact but very well organised and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly in the summer heat. We loved having morning espresso before heading out.Would absolutely stay again.
