  • Sweet, welcoming and airy, the brand new Villa Elea is a 2-bedroomed detached villa with stylish details and private swimming pool ideally located in a quiet area of the well known resort of Acharavi. Able to sleep up to 4 guests + 1 extra child in folding bed, Villa Elea is set to impress for its Mediterranean decor, its attention to the details, its modern equipments and for the unparalleled outdoor areas surrounded by olive trees.



    Inside, Villa Elea is set over one floor. Entrance from the front staircase is onto the airy lounge with comfortable sofas, smart tv, wi-fi internet, air-conditioning and adjoining well equipped kitchen perfect for the preparation of any kinds of meals. Big patio doors open straight to the furnished pool-facing terrace, the perfect spot for al-fresco dining using the barbecue provided. There are 2 air.conditioned bedrooms at Villa Elea: one double and one with 2 single beds (that can be joined by the guests at their convenience to form a double) sharing a stylish bathroom with shower and washing machine. An extra guests (5th guest, child up to 12 years old) can be accommodated on an extra folding bed. During the renovation, a great care has been given to the choice of colors, furniture and details to offer a superior holiday experience even to the most demanding guests. The convenient location within the well known Acharavi will also add extra value to this delightfully pretty villa.



    Outside, Villa Elea is a true oasis, featuring extensive balconies and a large private pool (measuring 5.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.5m) with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. Charing olive trees surround the gardens for a truly Greek holiday experience. Barbecue is provided for the guests and parking is available within the premises.



    NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, beach towels, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.



    GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 8 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

Really great place! Everything as advertised and squeaky clean. The pool catches direct sunlight from morning til evening making it a perfect place to spend a day, and you can walk to any amenities you may need. Driving into the property is a tight bend so make sure to rent a small car! Wonderful stay!

Honestly amazing place to stay in Corfu, place is really well refurbished. Pool is excellent, convenient parking for small carbike. Maid service left the place spotless half way through our stay. Everything you need to cook as well + BBQ! Only positive things to say!

What I appreciated most about the property was its cleanliness. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including very convenient containers for taking food to the beach. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with wine, water, coffee capsules, and even prepared ice. A really thoughtful and excellent touch

We enjoyed the time at the villa as a family and were able to relax! Due to the heat, the pool served perfectly to cool off quickly, which was kept clean by the service. Maria is a very thoughtful and nice host! Our well-being in her accommodation was important to her, and we received a small welcome gift upon arrival. The apartment itself is very stylish and includes all the necessary things you need in everyday life and was kept clean by Maria. We thank her again for the pleasant stay, we would come back any time!

A lovely villa which had all the amenities you needed, with both the kitchen and bathroom really wel

A lovely villa which had all the amenities you needed, with both the kitchen and bathroom really well stocked. We were unlucky with the weather so didn’t get to make the most use out of the pool but it’s a great size and is well maintained (the only slight downside is the lack of direct access to the pool from the terrace). The cleaners that came half way through the stay were lovely and cleaned beyond expectations. Only a 5 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes to the beachfront. Communication was excellent throughout, would definitely recommend staying.
