Designed with care and modern simplicity, this cozy and sunlit studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers who wish to explore the historic center, enjoy its cultural landmarks, and experience its vibrant cafés, restaurants, and local life — all just steps from the doorstep.

Thoughtfully arranged for comfort, the studio accommodates up to two guests and features a comfortable double bed with high‑quality linens. The open-plan layout includes a functional kitchen equipped with a mini oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, and essential utensils, while the hidden ambient lighting behind the bed allows you to create your own relaxing atmosphere. A private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and fresh towels completes the space. Additional amenities include air conditioning, high‑speed WiFi up to 24 Mbps, a smart 32" TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a baby cot available upon request. For hot water, guests simply turn on the right switch in the electrical panel about 20 minutes before showering and switch it off before use.

Located in Corfu’s Old Town near the Town Hall area, the studio sits along a pedestrian street with easy access and a short walk to many iconic attractions such as Liston Square, Spianada, the Old Fortress, and charming Venetian alleys full of history and character. The neighborhood offers excellent dining options, traditional bakeries, local markets, and great spots for coffee or wine. Free street parking can be found in nearby roads, and there is also a public parking area at Corfu Square for added convenience.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking indoors; smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Check‑in begins at 15:00 via keybox, and check‑out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the area are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As in all of Corfu and many parts of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
