Duplex in historic center-Mosque with parking

  • In the historic center of Cordoba, is an ideal home for families who want to know the city.

    The house has two floors. In the lower one is the kitchen, connected to the living room, a toilet and a small private patio. In the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with a single bed. On the upper floor there is also a full bathroom.

    The house has five seats, although it is rented from two people and has the option of a sixth extra bed in any of the rooms or in the living room. We also offer a cradle option.

    We offer the possibility of a parking space for one car, included in the price with entrance through the Ronda de Isasa, and a paid parking right next door. Please note that the area is limited in traffic, so please follow the instructions we will give you to enter the house.

    It has towels and sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and ceramic hob). Coffee maker.
    Air conditioning throughout the house and heating.

The apartment was clean, quiet and spacious. It was centrally located and everything was in walking distance. Great place to stay and no need for a car. The kitchen was basic.

Excellent location close to mosque and other attractions. Close to the river - lovely walking. Great restaurants / bars near by. Short taxi to train station. Note: Kitchen has stove/microwave but no oven. Also - very small enclosed patio is not very useable. But the shared main courtyard is lovely to sit in.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place for our family of 4. Perfect location. Near grocery store, great restaurants and a short walk to all the important sites of Cordoba. Added bonus is the parking spot and easy check-in/checkout. We had a lovely time in Cordoba!!

Wonderful!

Excellent location near the mosque cathedral, lots of small shops and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed walking the small streets. The appartement is very comfortable and well furnished, it was perfect for our family. The host was very hlpful o help us find the place. The parking garage was very useful!

Perfect location

The apartment is easy to access and within walking distance of some of the major sites in Cordoba. Lovely courtyard entrance and plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. We were grateful for the garage to park our car and walk almost everywhere and also take the car out for a drive to the castle. Good restaurants right down the street - very peaceful.

Beautiful, quiet, convenient

This apartment is located right around the corner from a grocery, cafes and restaurants. It is a short (10 min) walk to the mezquita area and 5 min to the Roman Bridge. Check in was convenient and smooth, with the property manager on site to guide us through. Three bedrooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

This apartment is a duplex house with three bedrooms. We were amazed at the size and comfort. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The parking is right under the apartment complex and very easy to access. The location is excellent, right across the street from the river with an easy bridge to cross over to the other side. Easy walking distance to major sites including the Mezquita-Catedral de Cordoba which is a 5 minute walk from the house as well as many other sites. The only difficulty was that the host never sent us check in information and we had to contact VRBO to get a phone number the day before we arrived. It was a lucky thing that we did because the information was critical regarding the location. Once we had the phone number we had great communication with Illma and Alba who made sure that we found our way to the apartment (we were driving and the street that it is on is restricted but you can drive into the parking lot.) That was a big relief. Our visit was excellent and we highly recommend this property.

Das Appartement mit Parking hat eine super Lage im Zentrum in der Nähe der Mezquita, etc., war sauber, aber ringhörig. Wobei dies kein Problem für uns war. Ankunft eher schwierig, da mein GPS die Adresse vom Parking nicht fand.

Un bel appartement très bien situé dans Cordoue

Mi-octobre, nous avons passé 3 jours parfaits dans ce bel appartement lumineux, fonctionnel et très bien situé dans le centre de Cordoue. Pas besoin de prendre le bus, La mosquée est à 400 m, les restaurants et bars à tapas sont au pied de l'immeuble, en fait tout est à portée de main. Un plus pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, la place de parking sous l'immeuble. Merci à Maria pour les informations données et à Diego pour son accueil à notre arrivée.

L appartement est super bien placé. En revanche, pour 5 personnes : 5 L appartement est super bien placé. Accueil parfait. Short, great stay in Cordoba

The property is exactly as described, in a fantastic location for visiting Cordoba. If you drive just know that you will have to turn on a street that tells you it is closed to traffic, but it is ok as long as you go to this property. Otherwise I would stay there anytime, it was a great choice, and Maria was great communicating with us. Thank you for the hospitality.

Nous avons été fort bien accueilli , très réactif au niveau de notre heure d'arrivée. Les indications pour arriver au parking : explications et photos très bien spécifiés. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, très propre, la literie est impeccable . Le petit détail : tout le nécessaire pour notre premier petit-déjeuner dont des fraises fraiches délicieuses. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour les visites de la Mezquita-cathédrale, du pont romain , du quartier juif, ... Le seul petit détail qui pourrait être amélioré est le nombre d'ustensile de cuisine.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erst einmal vorne weg: Còrdoba ist eine fantastische Stadt, die auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert ist!!! Und Marias Unterkunft war für uns (vier Erwachsene, 2 Nächte) perfekt. Das Auto konnten wir kostenfrei in die Tiefgarage stellen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß erkunden, denn das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt, direkt am Fluß Guadalquivir. Maria war so nett und hat eine super Tour zusammengestellt, bei der wir an einem Tag die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und schönsten Straßen Còrdobas besichtigen konnten. Das war sehr hilfreich!! Ohnehin ist Maria eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns darüber hinaus noch viele Infos und Tipps über die Stadt gegeben hat. Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es standen sogar Kekse, Müsli und kleine Croissants bereit! Der Balkon ist nicht allzu groß und allseitig geschlossen. Ist aber völlig ausreichend für einen guten Kaffee am morgen :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
