"All of the Staff members in Guest Services, Maintenance, and House Keeping were very friendly and helpful. The Guest Service members, Donna, Kirby, and one other nice lady that I failed to get her name, were very pleasant when I called from home to set up my reservation. Donna and Kirby were especially helpful when I had difficulty with my room refrigerator. I liked that there are some hotel rooms available that are close to the front lobby and breakfast area for those of us who are senior...

"This was my second time staying at this location, the room was clean, staff was friendly, they offer cucumber mint water and lemon water which is super refreshing. Their complimentary breakfast is very good with a nice variety. September 2025- the jacuzzi was not in working order which is my only negative comment. Will definitely be back!"

"I’m glad I didn’t listen to all the negative reviews. These people need to pay up and stay at 4/5 star hotels. The room was extremely clean. No issues whatsoever. I was allowed to checking early and given extra time to checkout. I would stay again and again for my fly fishing trips. Oh, the TV was great. Had many channels (like TBS for watching Dodgers playoff) "
