"Leonardo Smart Hotel (stay in Vienna) was great. The facility is very new - so new the airport information wasn’t familiar with them. They are just a short hop from the Airport Bus (24/7) loop, which stops just a few short steps to entry. Comfy rooms are just the beginning. Staff were very helpful and this was the perfect place to stay the night before an early flight. The price is great too, so might be worth it if you intend to be sightseeing around Vienna all day and just need a good bed and...

"The location is excellent! Rather than stay in the city and worry about a taxi ride or public transportation to the airport on the morning you are flying out, we opted to stay at this hotel which is a 8 minute walk to Terminal 3. The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean. Very satisfied. At checkin, they gave each of us a coupon for a complimentary drink at the bar. It was a nice way of concluding our vacation."

"We do not recommend this hotel during summer, or you are a non smoker, or you do not live in a community building. There was no airconditioning, no fan, no refrigerator. Since it is situated in an apartment complex, people living in the apartment smoke and noisy. We messaged the property and no response at all. For the price we paid, this place is not worth it!"
