"I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at."

"The place is not even close to the photos on site. 2 night there, elevators dis not work. Elders had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. 2nd days they had turned lights off, waoting for accident ro happened. 2nd time there in 2 years, all the renovation mentiomed to is during 1st visit. Not there. Got worse. Never again will we stay there. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE."

"The property is very old. There was no floor mat in the bathroom, if we open the shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Since there is no mat it's becoming messy. Night until 1AM there was some program happening outside. It was so noisy so couldn't sleep. They can improve cleanliness "

"There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available."
