Chile

Just off the coast of Chile
Just off the coast of Chile
We rode a horse from #cochiguaz in the #Elquivalley or #valledelelqui, with the sunset in our back while we head straight towards the moon. This is the view when the sun finally left us to hide among the mountains.
If you want a truly remarkable experience contact Felipe from camping ganimedes in cochiguaz, he is a local horse breeder who knows the area like the back of his hand, is really fun and interesting to talk to and makes a mean queso de cabra asado (grilled goats cheese).
#goldenhour don't tell us we didn't tell you :)
On the C41 route from La Serena to Vicuña, make sure you stop and see this wonderful damn. See the crystal clear snow waters of the Elqui river gather among the purple, brown, red and blue Andes mountains. It's a quiet but magnificent spectacle. A must see for sure!!!
From the highest point of #tongoy in the IV region of #Chile you can see how everything dyes in pink and purple right after the sun comes down on its 35 km of beach, with the Andes mountains at the back. Follow route 5 from Santiago 430km to the north, take the exit that says tongoy, the town is small enough you will see a cross in its highest point, there are multiple access to it, just keep and eye on it while you walk to it and you will get there.
