We could not enter our unit for 24 hours -- we had to stay in another unit as the lock on the door had to be replaced -- the management of the unit/complex was responsive and fixed our issue the next day but the owner did not respond to us which was disappointing. In the end, we had a nice stay in another unit -- it is likely a one-time occurrence but was a hastle
