Perfect for one or two couples, singles, or a family (two adults, 1-2 children), this unit adheres to county ordinances with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking or pets are allowed, and the minimum age for all guests, except children traveling with parents, is 25. Maximum occupancy is 4, with a limit of one vehicle in the parking garage. At Luxe Living Vacation Rentals, we believe in providing a home away from home experience for our guests. To ensure your stay is comfortable from the moment you arrive, each of our properties comes stocked with a basic starter package. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. This package is designed to last for a 3-4 night stay, and guests have the option to purchase additional products locally if needed.

Our commitment to quality extends to the linens and towels in every home. You can expect high-end bed linens and towels to enhance your overall comfort during your stay. Additionally, our kitchens are well-equipped with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.

Mom/ son ski trip at Copper!

This condo is exactly as it appears in the listing. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. A short walk over to the base of the village and super bee lift . The condo on the first floor is awesome and you walk right out your patio door to the hot tub! We definitely will stay again when we return to Cooper!

Location Location Location

Walking distance to Super Bee; across the street from shuttle. Hot tubs just outside the condo door. We were worried about noise from hot tubs but that never was an issue. Would stay there again.

Fun times with friends

We met up with friends and had a great time. The room was very clean and well stocked. The location to the slope is outstanding and having the hot tub right out our door was an extra bonus. We plan on returning again next year.

Great place for ski vacation

Stayed with wife and kid. Great convenient location, easy walk to Super Bee lift, hot tub is literally outside the back door which was great, and surprisingly not noisy. Only disappointment was the sleeper sofa, it converts and you sleep on the cushions, no mattress, not very comfortable. Would only rent again if sleeper sofa wasn't needed, because other than that it was a great stay.

Great Ski Vacatio Rental!

My family & I enjoyed our week in your lovely rental! The location to the Super Bee lift was ideal. We really enjoyed having the hot tubs right outside our door! When we are back at Copper, we hope to stay here again! We cooked in the condo almost every night we were there. It would have been very handy to have a broom & dust pan to keep things tidy throughout the week. Thank you again for sharing your lovely condo!

Nice condo - but beware the property management company...

The condo is nicely furnished and is convenient to the Super Bee lift. But what they don't tell you before you pay is that you have to vacate not only the condo, but the garage parking space by check out time on your day of departure. We booked this stay because Copper Mountain was requiring parking reservations. We ended up having to pay for parking on our day of departure. NOT HAPPY! We frequently stay at a property in Telluride that has parking under the building and we were never required to move the car before check-out time on the day of departure. And another irritation - the PM had promised to email check-in instructions to me before arrival. I had to text them after I arrived to get the info.

Very well appointed condo

Great communication with owner. Easy and efficient check in and check out process. The unit looks like it was recently remodeled and presented as very spacious. REALLY appreciated the little touches like spices, Al foil, wrap, etc... that seem to be hit or miss in other condos. As well as the full range of toiletries. Easy walking distance to the Super Bee lift and we were able to had back to the unit for lunch. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful unit!
