Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Vacasa office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The hot tub was unfortunately closed when we went but It was a pretty nice stay, there isn't air conditioning but we were able to open the window at night but the room was heated. I will say the bathroom needed to be a little bit cleaner especially since there was so mold and mildew on the shower curtains and side of the tub but other than that it was a nice stay.

The check in process was overly complicated and not user friendly. Some information got texted over while others got emailed over, and there were a lot of each to filter through. Being concise with this information in one email and one text would aid in lack of confusion. Overall the unit was nice, just the right size for a mountain getaway. Comfortable and a good home base. Needed a few things fixed, such as ensuring there are wash cloths with the towels, replacement of about 5 light bulbs, and a spatula for the kitchen would all go a long way.

Worst customer service ever

We requested a ski locker key and a working toaster from Vacasa every day of our stay.Every day the response was, "Our local manager will contact you to help directly with this issue, they might come or give you a call." We never saw or heard from Vacasa in the week we staying here. They will not give you a time frame for response either.We also requested toilet paper and trash bags and were told we get one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag as a courtesy. We are a family of 4 who stayed for a week.The service from Vacasa was horrid and reminded us why we got rid of them for our rentals in Florida.If Vacasa is taking care of this place we will never stay again.For the owners, the door handle to the porch is broken, the church bench just inside the door would be bset replaced with hooks & shelving for ski clothes, and the dresser in the master needs replacement.

Do not recommend 430 CSL

The location of the unit is great. However, the unit did not live up to its listing. Issues: The furniture is falling apart - literally. We had to move the coffee table to open the sofa bed, and a wheel fell off. The (very) limited bedroom storage is falling apart. The dresser drawers are not attached to anything. The side table has a broken support beam just laying inside it. No key to ski locker. While the locker was open, there was no key provided. The dishwasher was broken and didn’t work. There is NO storage (that isn’t broken or covered by tchotchkes). Very dark - the light over the fireplace does not work and there is only one small table lamp in the living area. The non-stick pans are all scratched and they only provide metal utensils. The unit does not provide any wooden or plastic utensils. The kitchen supplies need to be upgraded. Several pieces of dishware in the cabinets were dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use them. There is no QR code to register the car, which is required.There is no humidifier. The toaster only works if you hold down the lever. The unit needs a deep clean. We were provided with three towels for four people for four days. We did not have enough toilet paper - we had to source it elsewhere. We had to request pillowcases for the pillows for the sofa bed - they were not provided.

Not the best experience

I was under the impression that I was dealing with a person rather than rental agency. This made communication more difficult. When we got to the unit the main light in the living space was broken. I reached out to what seemed like an automated service I was told someone would reach out ASAP to fix it. We checked out and it wasn't fixed. The master closet was full of crap so we couldn't put our suitcases or bbags in it. The hot tubs were warm but the jets were broken on both and it seemed like that had been the case for a while given other people who were also staying in the lodge.

The unit is cozy and warm with good views of the area and a few ski slopes. The unit is well supplied and comfortable. The management for the building was very responsive when the hot tub door wouldn’t open and got us into the area within a few minutes. Cleaning staff were all over cleaning all common areas very well and were so very nice!

The checking in process was way. The condo was clean and stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, sheets. The coffee maker did not have a lid, and grounds would go into the pot. Also, there was no locker key left in condo for skis. I had to make another trip to office at Central visit to get. When attempted to register our car to park, would not allow- said already was registered. Probably, prior occupants put in wrong dates. I called Vasaca- but didn’t get reply. Luckily, had friends staying with no car, so used their passcode to register. Overall, nice place to stay in Copper.

Great location

The property is excellent & convenient. Good kitchen supply. The only negative is that there is little room for your ski cloths. Closet full of blankets for couch bed and small end table had tiny storage. Also no ski locker key. I would stay here again n you can adjust -just challenging with ski cloths & gear until you figure it out. Clean, great location and well supplied.

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Had all the essentials. Fireplace was cozy and balcony was amazing. I wish there had been a full length mirror for getting ready. I had a wedding to attend and an over the door mirror would have been nice !
