"We had a really lovely stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of both York city centre and the train station. Despite being so close to the station, it was surprisingly quiet and we couldn't hear the trains at all. "Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. "We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated.
