"We stayed for a long weekend in early May and it was pretty quiet. The staff were very friendly and housekeeping did an amazing job with our room. I appreciated the cabinet of extra towels and toiletries that are complimentary for guests and it was also so nice to have a water filter station in the lobby! We really liked the location and how we were able to walk to so many stores and restaurants in town. The noise level could be better, but it was to be expected as our room was not attached to...

"Love the decor! Beautiful, modern, common areas. The buffet breakfast was good - coffee, yogurt, fruits, nuts, bagels, boiled eggs and more. The location is fabulous - right next to the Stowe recreation path. The staff were great! On the downside, the carpet in the room was dirty/soiled - likely being replaced soon after the beating of the winter season. All in all - we'd go back!"

"The hotel is on a beautiful piece of property right on the river. The outdoor space with different seating options is great. The hotel and property were very clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was also very comfortable. The only issue is the lack of soundproofing. We had a room that was right near the lobby and you could hear literally everything."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location could not have been more perfect. Everything was on point except we did have a little bit of a letdown with both of their outdoor hot tubs being out of service while we were there. That was literally the reason for us booking other than the absolutely adorable cabins. Thankfully they had another property that we could use the hot tub but it wasn’t outdoors. "

"Great stay at the Stowe Motel. This is a basic hotel/motel experience—there aren’t frills but the room was spotless and quiet and the bed was wicked comfortable. Front desk staff was so lovely—provided lots of information about the area. Love that they have a huge DVD and game selection. Very close to everything in the area. Would definitely stay again."

"Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "
