The property, in this historical bulding from 1803 is situated downtown in the old part of Copenhagen surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of all kinds. Rosenborg Castle Gardens is just around the corner, great for an early morning run, a quite time with a good book, or a sunset picnic.

Great renovated property in ideal location for us. September temps were perfect. Apartment is near a plaza so anticipate noise if windows open. 50 steps up were expected but also know the stairway is very narrow. Host offered very helpful info for our stay.

Excellent stay

Impressive features include the following:Excellent location near Metro, yet quiet day and night.Tons of amenities including heated floors in the bathroom, plenty of electrical outlets and great Wi-Fi. Washer/dryer with additional dry rack. Well-equipped kitchen, maps, umbrellas and loads of closet space with plenty of hangers.The bed was very comfortable with two separate down comforters.Lots of natural light.Just an FYI, it's 4 flights of narrow stairs up to the top floor … not an issue for us though.We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Short trip to Copenhagen

Cozy and clean place with everything you need. The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere. Also super easy to get to/from the airport. Host was excellent. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and we had lots of luggage so carrying them up the stairs was tough but otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Beautiful and Convenient!

Having been to Copenhagen once before I knew exactly the area I wanted to be in. We had such an easy walk to Nyhavn, Old Town, and Tivoli Gardens! Also, in the little square near the apartment, there are 3 restaurants, and a GREAT coffee shop, Social Brew. Their breakfasts and pastries are to die for! Very convenient. As for the apartment, it was immaculate! So nicely appointed. The bathroom is huge with a tub and a separate shower. Everything you needed was at your fingertips. A washer/dryer saved us and the bed was very comfy. The area and building were quiet. One note: this is a 4th floor apt. with no lift. As we are a bit 'older' (in our early 70's) it was a challenge with our luggage but otherwise presented no problem as we are very active.

Great location near Norreport

Property met all expectations. Public transport in Copenhagen is one of the virtues of this city that makes it very accessible. The apartment is 2-3 blocks from the Norreport metro and train station. And it is close by to many prominent museums, gardens and commercial properties in central city, Nørrebro, and Vestedbro.

Great Place Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is a cozy 4th floor apartment. The stairs are no joke, so be prepared to climb and carry! With that said, the top floor perch was awesome! Light filled rooms, good air flow and a fantastic bathroom. Loved the kitchen as well. Location was excellent for restaurants, bakeries, grocery, transit and shopping. The owner was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with easy access to sites

This apartment was wonderful and the owner was very gracious and followed through very easily with our needs. We had originally booked the apartment for its location and its washing machine. Unfortunately the washing machine broke down just before our arrival. The owner arranged to have our laundry done! Thank you, thank you. I loved how the apartment was located next to a square with a flower market and some produce. The cherries and the strawberries were excellent. There also were several restaurants in the square. I don't recall whether one bit of information was included in the listing. The apartment is on the top floor of a 5 floor walkup; up narrow steps. We got used to doing the steps easily but if one has a very large suitcase, I would consider another place. The apartment successfully contributing to our having a great experience in Copenhagen.

One week in CPH center

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location. We had a great time there. Two points have to be known: - 4th floor and no elevator. - Low ceiling. If you are 2 meter tall, forget it... Otherwise, perfect.

Charming and Cozy

This apartment is in the best location! Charlotte gave us great pointers for nearby sights and restaurants. It was very warm while we were there but the windows open and a nice fan is provided. I love the decor and the small touches.

The apartment was great. A bit bright and noisy when we opened up the windows but otherwise comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. Loved the wonderful loaf of bread and butter the host left for us.

Copenhagen and Bruce!

My son and I stayed for two nights at Charlotte’s beautiful apartment, on our first-ever trip to Copenhagen, to watch The Boss in concert at Parken! It was just perfect! The pics and description barely do it justice, the location is amazing, and Hugh and/or I would return in a heartbeat. We love Copenhagen!!

Upscale Vacation

Charlotte is the best host ever! She was so communicative and helpful for us being so new to Copenhagen. Charlotte's property is impeccably designed! As soon as my friend and I walked into the apartment, we immediately felt at home. Charlotte thought of every detail to keep us comfortable in Copenhagen. The amazing high end kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, drink espresso,coffee and tea. The property included a spa-like bathroom! The bedroom was cozy and bed so comfy. This was the best property I have every stayed at --- and to the reader -- I think you will agree when you choose Charlotte's property that is central and in walking distance to everything in Copenhagen.

Lovely apartment close to everything

The apartment is spacious, well stocked with dishes etc., clean and comfortable. Just before we arrived the washer/dryer broke and Charlotte communicated with us and solved the problem before we arrived. Her father met us at the apartment and was a great help in solving some minor issues quickly. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it has windows on 2 opposite sides so the dependable night breezes cooled it off nicely and there is a portable ac unit as well. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and a total of 52 steps to the apartment. The location is great.

The Perfect Place in Copenhagen

My 18-year old daughter and I stayed in Charlotte's apartment while visiting Copenhagen and it was perfect for us. The apartment is charming, clean and a great, central location. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed. She even had some snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived! Charlotte was a great host - she was super communicative and quickly answered all my questions leading up to our stay and while we were in Copenhagen. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Girls weekend

This apartment was perfect for 2 people. The location is amazing, the attention to detail is beyond spectacular. We had an amazing time and are already talking about coming back. I would absolutely recommend. 10/10 Would recommend wholeheartedly unless you have limited mobility as the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.

Cosy apartment

Great position, very cosy lovely apartment, very short ceilings so careful if you’re tall. The apartment was stylish and perfect for our stay being in a fabulous area in the middle of the city however, surprisingly quiet. The only issue for us was the stairs, which were four floors and extremely narrow, in fairness we were warned . We would definitely stay again if we had less luggage.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful splinted with all kinds of beautiful touches.

A great stay in Copenhagen. The owner was extremely communicative. She had amazing welcome instructions with detailed photographs to aid in the process. The location was fabulous set on the counter of a active square filled with coffee shops and restaurants. The decor and design of the flat was tranquil with a fabulous Danish flare. The bathroom was large and stunning with a soaking tub. Our time in Copenhagen was the best but made so much better because of the great accommodations.

Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt

Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, hell und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Fahrradverleih, S-Bahnstation sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dank der zentrale Lage lässt sich vieles zu Fuss erkunden. Einzige Einschränkung: lange steile Treppe bis in den 4. Stock. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.
