Summary:
The private terrace and the close proximity to the beach makes this an excellent choice for a city summer break.
The high quality newly build apartments were finished with the highest eco certification.
With the airport being only 10 minutes away you can start your travel day with a nice morning run or a swim on the beach.
The Space:
Combining Danish design success “Hay” furniture with a newly build eco certified building makes these hotel apartments comfortable and stylish.
A tour of the place
On the rearside of this residential building, away from the street road traffic, you’ll find these apartments half a story up with elevator access if needed. Outside each apartment is a big private terrace with direct access from the open livingroom and kitchen area.
Entering through the main door is a small entrance area for hanging jackets and leaving your shoes. Straight ahead is the sparkling clean bathroom with a spacious shower and washer and dryer.
To your left is the master bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed, pillow selection and plenty space for a babybed if needed. There is a built in full size closet for all your clothes.
To your right the open and bright living area with a well sized kitchen fully equipped for small dinner parties for the entire family. To relax there are two lounging chairs and a high quality couch that folds out to a comfortable queen size bed. The 43” flatscreen TV is connected with an Apple TV and free Netflix account.
The Neighborhood:
The northern part of Amager Strandvej is the latest addition to this new and upcoming residential area by Copenhagens popular beachfront Amager Strand. It’s a quiet neighbourhood mostly populated by natureloving families still wanting to be close to the city center with just 3 stops on the Metro to Kongens Nytorv. Restaurants, bars and cafes are starting to pop up but the biggest attraction is the secluded beach gardens across the street and of course the massive beach front area up the road.
Getting Around:
Metrostation Øresund is a 10 minute walk away and takes you to Kongens Nytorv(center) in 3 stations aswell as the airport in 3 stations...
Free parking on the actual street if available. Otherwise we have a garage which is 20 DKK / hour.
