  • Entire 2 bed, 2 bath apartment 2 blocks from the hospital and minutes away from some of the best hunting in the country.

    Apartment features:
    - no steps
    - private entrance
    - plenty of parking
    - WIFI
    - 2 Smart TVs
    - Washer/Dryer (detergent included)
    - All towels and linens
    - Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, silverware, etc.
    - Microwave, Stove, Coffee Pot and Toaster.
    - Free coffee and tea!
    - Pack-n-play and high chair available upon request (first come, first serve).

    This is one of five listings we have in Cooperstown. The other four are half the size of this one, but have similar amenities.

    We don't generally meet with guests unless requested but are happy to answer any questions and work to resolve any issues you encounter promptly.

    Cooperstown is a rural upper-midwest town of a little less than 1000. Quiet and quaint, with enough services to have everything you need including a grocery store, Dollar General, several bars and restaurants, the C-store, and other boutique shops.

    Having a car is strongly recommended, but you can (and people have) got by on foot around town while staying at our apartments. Grocery store is about 8 blocks away, Dollar General is 4 blocks.

Excellent stay for a waterfowl hunting trip.

Second year staying here for waterfowl hunting. Accommodations are excellent, and there are always a ton of birds nearby!

Jason was very prompt and helpful with his replies. The space was clean, welcoming, and everything we were looking for. Will stay again next time we're in town!

The apartment was good for what we needed it for. Which was just a place with enough beds and enough bathrooms for our family of four and had air-conditioning. We used it like a hotel room and did not utilize the kitchen. Though it looked like it had what a family would need if they were having meals in the apartment. The bathrooms could use some repairs to make it look fully finished, but the shower and the toilet and the sink worked as expected. The Wi-Fi and television worked good. The kitchen, dining room and living room had air-conditioning via a standalone unit. The larger bedroom is not air-conditioned. The smaller bedroom also has a standalone unit which helped to keep the back of the apartment cool using the provided fans and ceiling fans, We stayed cool by keeping the drapes closed while we were gone and used the provided fans. Both standing room air conditioners worked well. We will stay here again. The town’s little grocery store is very nice and the people are friendly and it’s open every day of the week.

Family Visit

Overall the Apartment was ok, we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and some cheap bowls for cereal because they were either out or the bowls were small. For the price it was a decent place to stay and allowed us to bring our dogs. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Not as described

Jason answered questions/ communicated in a timely manner. The location was very quiet/ appeared safe. The unit was in disrepair and not very clean. I have pictures, but am unable to attach to this review
