    Welcome to your Alaskan wilderness retreat! Our three-bedroom, two-bath condo, nestled along the scenic Kenai River, offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. This condo features two bedrooms and one master suite, each with one queen bed. With high-end chef-style appliances in the kitchen, a private deck overlooking majestic mountains and the Kenai River, a master suite with stunning views, WiFi, and a smart TV, your stay here promises relaxation and adventure in equal measure. You won’t be disappointed in this perfect family headquarters for all your Alaskan adventures.


    For the safety and comfort of our guests, we do NOT allow smoking in our cabins or pets on our property.

Beautiful riverfront stay!

Great location with beautiful views. Property is very well kept and clean. Staff in the general store were friendly and helpful with anything needed. Would definitely stay here again if in town.

We were a group of 6 staying in the Alaska View Cabin. Everything about this reservation was perfect with great communication and onsite attention to our needs. The view of the Kenai from the condo is fantastic. We would 100% stay here again!

Stay: late-May, 2026 Terrific property-stunning scenery in every direction. I think the location there at Cooper Landing is perfect for people wanting to engage in a range of activities on Kenai Peninsula. We took day trips from our little "base-camp" there, and saw the hell out of that place. What a wonderful experience! The condo is visibly new, very clean, and well cared for. It is a little pricey for one couple (we paid for our son and daughter-in-law). The cost would be significantly more palatable between three or four guys sharing the cost for a fishing trip. A couple of suggestions--and the place will be complete: You need an ottoman and some sort of a buffet cabinet (for visual appeal and a place to set stuff) for the living room; and perhaps some artwork for the walls. It just seems a little cold and bare in there, aesthetically. The ottoman is a must; it makes a couch so much more comfortable. You also need some sort of a dressing bench at the end of each bed. Depending on the day's activity, it's a little tricky getting "geared-up" standing on the floor. That's a fairly simple add there. And if you're really feeling it, I'd replace the beds with decorative-appropriate head and footboards. Do this, and the place will be truly elite. Thanks for everything! We'll be back.

Fantastic Retreat

This was a great condo. It has a well stocked beautiful kitchen with modern appliances. A TV in every room. The deck was a nice private place to spend time with a view. The bathrooms were clean with nice showers and heated floors in the main. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. A great place to get away. I especially appreciate this condo being available during Alaska's off season, when so many places close. We look forward to future stays and definitely recommend checking it out for yourself :-)

We were under the impression there was a washer and dryer in our unit but there was not. They did allow us to use one across the street. This place is super bare bones- no wine glasses, corkscrew, zero staples like foil or cooking oil. No art on the walls. Has good bones but feels sterile. The area behind the unit has a great river view from the balcony and you can sit down by the water.
