Room and bathroom were very clean and appeasing to the eye. Breakfast was good. Never seen Cinnamon waffles as a breakfast option.

Kitchen was great and fully equipped for what we needed. Pet friendly as listed. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. We lucked up and had a 75 degree day in December so we could all be outside. Host was very responsive.
