"As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity .
There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area .
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular

Sadly our room at the Eldan was anything but excellent. On day one it was obvious that the room had not been deep cleaned in quite some time. Thick dust on top of the television, a television that didn’t work but was sorted the following day. In the bathroom we were left with a...

"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."
