We stayed at this property with a group of eight and overall had a good experience. The location is great—very quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The house itself had enough space and accommodations for our group to be comfortable.

The host was amazing, the house is very clean and was able to fit my family very comfortably. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood I give them a 4.8 out of 5. Definitely would stay there again. And would recommend to my friends!

The overall response time was great! The home is very clean and spacious, and anything needed was there.

The host was very accommodating. We requested an early check-in, and they allowed us to check-in early. The only complaint is that we had to purchase our own toilet tissue. I was not aware that we needed to do that. Other than that, the house met our needs. There was enough room for everyone. The neighbor was quiet and close to where we needed to be.

Our stay was very good. The location of the house was excellent for the Expo we were attending at the Hyatt Regency Convention Center. In addition, we used all of the nearby restaurants and drive-thru options during the four nights that we stayed in Conroe. Our party consisted of five ladies with a large amount of crafting supplies. We used the large dining room table at night to go through our shopping and finish some journaling. In addition, the kitchen was good for reheating leftovers and having coffee in the morning before we left. The house could have used a few additions to complete the inventory. - The four bedrooms were not stocked with blankets, only sheets and a very light comforter. These would have been much appreciated during the night with the air-conditioning on. - In addition, some of the rooms had light/fan fixtures that either had remotes synced with multiple rooms or did not have a remote associated at all. These two points were the only pieces that caused issues in the house. And only for keeping the rooms cold or hot during the night. The house is lovely, very large, nicely appointed (huge TV and the games tables are fun), and very easy to get in and out of. And if you have multiple people parking as we did, it's a breeze to have multiple cars in the driveway.This is definitely a go-to rental for our group when we are at the convention center for our events throughout the year.
