"It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again."

"We had the most amazing weekend ! Room was very clean and comfortable - great facilities and very convenient for the wedding we were attending at kelham hall. "What a little gem of a property. Despite being above a pub, and on a through road of the village, it’s very quiet. Wonderfully clean, and the self serve continental breakfast buffet is well stocked. Great place."

"I was attending The Greatest Gathering in Derby, so I needed somewhere to stay. Leaving it to the last minute like I usually do, there weren't many places left that were a) cheap, and b) within easy reach of Derby. This hostel was a lot better than I thought it would be: Joe was very helpful from the moment I arrived, showing me around and explaining everything carefully.
