In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park—the largest in Europe—the La Belle Auvergne residence, located in Condat in the Cantal department, welcomes you to its modern, spacious, and sunny apartments, which have been completely renovated.

Just 50 meters from downtown, a bakery, tobacco shop, post office, bank, auto repair shop, Carrefour Market, restaurants, hospital, hair salon, swimming pool, park with a pond, soccer field, and pétanque court are all just a short walk from the residence.

The accommodations feature a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, bedroom(s), a living room, and a dining area to ensure your complete comfort during your stay.

All baby essentials are provided free of charge upon request.

The accommodations are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

A health pass is not required, and hand sanitizer is available for your use.

The receptionist, Samantha, will welcome you upon arrival to hand over the keys and conduct the property inspection, and she will be available should you need anything. At the end of your stay, you must leave the accommodation in the same condition as when you arrived. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged.

Appliances such as the washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and trampoline will ensure your comfort during your stay.

Small appliances such as an iron, kettle, ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, pressure cooker, full set of dishes, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner, mop, dustpan, bucket, hair dryer, barbecue, wine glasses, and champagne flutes are all at your disposal.

A complete set of bedding is provided free of charge and is washed and sanitized after each use; cleaning supplies are also provided free of charge.
