Vacaciones en Condado de Mundaring

This is not a hotel as I would expect. Do not choose this place if you are expecting a normal hotel. There is no housekeeping during your stay, and you do not get fresh towels. There is no shampoo or conditioner. No hot water in the morning Breakfast is not available; you have to walk 15 minutes to reach a café. The reception staff are unhelpful. Check-out is as early as 10:00 AM. It is extremely noisy—it feels like your room is inside a bar or a nightclub. It is located about a 15-minute walk from the city center and restaurants. Is there nothing good about it at all? Well, the room is large, and the bed is fine.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived to check in it was self serve and we found the instructions to the room a little confusing, while looking for our room, we saw a member of staff who seemed to be irritated by our presence. When we got to our room it was neatly presented and clean. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite old and lumpy and you only get one pillow so we found that a little frustrating. The Expedia advertisement said it had a pillow menu but this was very far away from that. In the early hours of the morning we realized that the room had a skylight so even though there was blackout blinds the room was as bright as day by 5: 30am. We also saw that the property has a ev charger and when we called to confirm we were told it was free for use. We send a message and talk to staff on the phone who said there was no requirement to use it however after messaging the property following check-in and having some trouble with the charger it was revealed it was for Tesla vehicles only. This was another frustrating problem. The room had a small kitchenette however they had removed the microwave this was annoying and I think the room could have really benefit from a microwave. The fridge in the room was very noisy and there was a lot of clicking and banging noises in the wall throughout the night that I assume was from staff appliances. I would probably not stay again.
