"Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, big room with kitchenette, can open windows. Small gym and pool. Negative: Doors were a bit heavy and slams at closing, no hand bars in bathroom and not enough towel racks. No luggage stands."

"First stay here. We stay in the area while visiting family seversl times a year. Hotel we used to stay at got very run down. What a surprise we got at this Hampton Inn. Very clean, huge rooms, nice amenities and a bonus hot breakfast. Already making plans to reserve for other family events. "

"We spent the holidays at this hotel, the location is right off the highway and near the supermarket. The room was big and very clean. The staff was wonderful especially Gary, Ana and Nivi. Excellent customer service. The hot breakfast was a good spread and the dinner time social was a real treat! The kitchen with a full size refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster, coffee machine, pots & pans, and flatware was really useful for our extended stay over 10 days. The bathrooms have Dove products,...

"Place was nicer than I thought from outside. Rooms semi new, but semi dated. Clean, great soft bed. Pillows amazing. Bathroom decent. Wifi good. Downstairs free lemon infused water. It was a hit. Free fresh "good" coffee in the morning that hit the spot and better than other hotels around. Boston has troubles making good coffee compared to the norm in Seattle. Not sure why that is. Hotel morning staff great. Evening staff more straight forward, less friendly. Evening staff could learn to smile...

"Heat was not working but some one eventually showed up at 11 PM to fix it "
