Cozy Lake House - only 10 minutes from the water

  • This Lake House holds so many memories for our family, now with all of the kids grown we just don't have the time to enjoy it. It is truly a home away from home. You can sit on the large patio and watch the sunrise, sit around the fire pit and look at the stars, or play card games around the large kitchen table. Even when the weather is gloomy or you've been out on the water all day, you can always come home, kick back, and watch a good movie in the living area.
    This is our home and we hope you enjoy it as we have . We do have a fifth wheel out back that is a seperate reservation . please ask for details if you need more room .

This is one of many trips to the Cozy Lake House. We love it there! Clean, quiet, well appointed, and nicely located; it’s the perfect place to enjoy Conchas Lake!

Our stay was great!! We loved the property and the house set up was perfect for the 5 of us. The home was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. We plan to return and stay again.

I had a great time. One night while I was sitting on the deck there was 7 deer grazing on the front lawn. It was so peaceful. Can’t wait till next year

We had great stay at this property! Our family enjoyed the much porch, comfortable living room, and proximity to the lake. I especially appreciated the owner working with me to correct a mistake I made when booking.

Cozy Lake House

Very clean and easy to find everything. Comfortable beds, great A/C and warm showers. Conveniently located to access the lake. Would definitely recommend this house!

Had a wonderful time at with my family! I his mamma’s heart was full! Perfect spot for us to hang out when we weren’t on the water!
